    Best Chain Steak House I have dined in including high end(price) chains such as Captital Grille. Love that you can order Steak Rare Plus because I consistently get overcooked steak when I order it medium rare. Great service and tasty well priced wines. Love the 8oz pour, its the perfect size for dinner. Brownie Sunday with chocolate and caramel sauce was great.

    While my cocktail was delicious, I was disappointed with my meal, When the burger plate comes out looking more appetizing than a filet mignon plate, something's not right. The menu is steak prominent so I was very disappointed when my plate of filet and parm mashed came out looking very sad. I will not be ordering steak in the future.

    Firebirds has a difficult time getting the right temperatures on steaks. Every time we have eaten at firebirds we order medium rare steak temperatures and the steak comes out medium to medium well. This evening 3 out of the 4 entrees were steak, each steak was the incorrect temperature. My father and I did not send ours back because I informed them what has happened in the past if you do ask for the temperature you ordered ( you will get a cold blue rare steak that is unenjoyable). My mother however asked for medium rare and hers was cooked to well. We informed the server and manager ( when they came to the table) the cook sent out a cold blue rare steak to my mother. The manager stated the server grabbed the wrong steak ( which I know is not true as all of our steaks were wrong temperature) and asked if it was done properly for her this time… at that point in time you just give up on the steak temperature. Another item that tends to be over cooked is the lobster tail. The lobsters texture turns rubbery and dry… the kitchen may need some help with understanding temperature gauging for proteins. The reason being is that this is not just a one time occurrence. Over the past two years we have had this issue with our steak and lobster at firebirds. Service is fair. You may need to remind them of certain items. The servers tend to be very anxious and nervous. The lighting in the restaurant is very dim and makes it hard to read the menu. Besides the proteins, the quality of the food is very good with flavor and freshness. Soups ( tortilla soup is fantastic) , burgers ( juicy and flavorful) salads ( fresh and appetizing) , appetizers (lobster artichoke dip is delicious) and desserts ( carrot cake is moist but lacks flavor, the lemon with blueberry compote is DELICIOUS).

    We had a great experience! We were celebrating a birthday & had a coupon- which was a bonus! The Rebecca was wonderful & very attentive! She even placed a candle on the carrot cake dessert so we could sing happy birthday & we didn’t request a candle! Very thoughtful!

    Service was amazing. Our server was kind and helpful. Food was not worth the price. Not seasoned at all. Felt like I could have made everything better at home especially for the prices that are charged. The restaurant is very dark. It was hard to see anything not to mention someone in our party has vision problems and couldn’t see their food at all.

    Our food was cold, all of it. My steak was overcooked and they replaced it with a paper thin piece of steak that was tough, at least 1/4 of it was fat and flavorless. I didn’t even eat it. Gave me some excuse that they butcher the meat in house but this was a steak I wouldn’t even have purchased at a grocery store. Very disappointed in the quality of the food.
