    Always great food and the ambiance was perfect. Since the evening weather was pleasant, we sat outside and it was perfect. New server so we had a small challenge but nothing to complain about. He was great overall.

    I love Firebirds however this trip was very disappointing I ordered a filet and I received a 1/2 inch piece of beef, not resembling a filet but a low-quality thin sirloin that was heavily salted. Customers beware alet. My husband had parm chicken which was delicious. On a positive note, our server Evelyn was lovely.

    I had the 3 course dinner, the NE clam chowder… perfection, the salmon and shrimp.. Devine. The crème brûlée cheesecake….. to die for. Alcohol is a bit on the expensive side, but didn’t deter me from having 2 cocktails. Husband had the filet, said it was better than Del Frisco’s downtown.

    Salad came 4 minutes later entrees came never refilled our drinks walked past table 4 times

    Waited 25 minutes for hot turned cold appetizers to be served. 3 minutes later entrees arrive. Return appetizers for heating, they bring entrees again… no one knew what was happening there. Manager named Morris intervenes. Helps with sequencing and food temp. Never one offer to compensate for the dreadful experience. This restaurant used to be stellar. Will never return.
