    We always have a great experience at Firebirds! Absolutely everything is awesome...the food, the service, and the atmosphere! Truly one of our favorite places to go...and their Double Diamond Martini is the BEST!!

    Made reservation on Open Table obviously to earn points. After I got home from Firebirds, noticed the young girl checking me in “cancelled” my reservation so I never got the points! Called the restaurant 2x and we tried making new reservation but still no points. Please teach receptionist how to make sure customer gets their points! Happened once at Bravo. Recep didn’t know to check me in.

    Loved the decor. The location is easy to get too and somewhat private. The interior was beautiful with the wine bottles and the backlit bar with all the spirts was awesome. We did not get to dine outside but it looked inviting.

    Dinner at Firebirds was marginally edible. We had been to other locations in the past and the food was considerably better. Not sure if our experience was location related or if the quality of food at Firebird’s has dramatically declined since our last visit. The fresh vegetables weren’t cooked, the waiter seemed rushed and overall the consensus of our party of 5 was marginally edible at best. I also noted that we were celebrating a 90th birthday on the reservation and nothing was done. So many other dining options in the area and will definitely not be returning to this location.

    We were very disappointed with this experience unfortunately. It was our first time going to this location but have visited several locations in other states and were regulars in AZ. We waited over 30 minutes to get bread and it was flat and looked like a leavening problem. I got my soup at 45 minutes into visit and it was watery and sour cream was on bottom of bowl. I sent it back. We ordered salads and received them 1 hour 15 minutes after being seated. The salads were good but to see the same salads being delivered to other tables at the same time as us that sat an hour after us was disheartening. We asked to speak to the manager and she removed the appetizer cost and provided a gift card for another location. We will try a different location closer to downtown Pittsburgh next time.
