    1. Waited for 35 minutes past reservation time. 2. Cocktail was 30 minutes in the waiting and wrong alcohol once eventually delivered. 3. Dinner salad came just prior to entree when another at the table got theirs much earlier or as is typical. 4. Filet Mignon ordered Medium and waiter verified pink throughout. Steak was delivered Well done and quite chewy. 5. Wait staff not seen when needed for 2,3&4 above 6. Ambience was not conducive for enjoying dinner conversation. Very loud and quite cramped. Overall, a very disappointing experience for three people and $170. The restaurant cannot compete with other highly rated Steak eateries. At best, just another Texas Roadhouse, except for very high price points. I won’t go back. I won’t go back.

    We made a reservation for 4 at 6 pm several weeks ago, arrived on time, and had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Our entrees did not arrive for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. My filet mignon was good. My husband's steak had clearly been done early and sat waiting for the rest of the group. We had to ask for bread to hold us over and our waitress rarely checked on us. We will not be returning to Firebirds.

    The best thing about the restaurant was our waitress. We waited over 90 minutes to get our meals and then my husband's filet was overdone, my daughter's filet was not tender but very tough (not a good quality of meat) and my cheeseburger looked wilted and rejected. They re-fired a new steak for my husband and that got messed up too so finally by the 3rd steak it was good. The kitchen needs help at this place.

    The food was good but service was very slow. They were busy but we noticed other customers coming after us and were done snd gone.

    Very busy and understaffed. Waited 2 hours with a reservation. Filet was underwhelming and bacon not cooked wrapped around, and other meal the same not a tasty strip. Spent 2 hours waiting in bar. We have spent much over the years and now disappointed the last 2 times.

    Excellent happy hour in the Firebirds Bar. Cozy atmosphere, wonderful staff and delicious food and drinks at great prices.

    The wait staff does an exceptional job as usual. The double diamond martini is always a great way to start the meal. My wife had the steak and shrimp and I had the honey garlic chicken which were wonderfully prepared and presented. Value wise it may just me not being able to get use to the prices in restaurants since the influence of the recent inflation. However, we will be back.

    Delicious food and efficient service on a busy night. I was impressed with how seriously they took my son’s dairy allergy.

    We understand that Christmas Eve is a busy night, but waiting for 90 minutes for your meal was a bit ridiculous. Steaks came out cold. We opted not to have them remade. Management did take off $40 from out bill.
