We used to go here all of the time. Food was awful. Service was average. We won’t be back.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I stepped in, the warm ambiance, with its inviting wood decor and open kitchen concept, set the stage for an enjoyable evening. Service: The service was exceptional. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered great recommendations. The staff’s professionalism and friendly demeanor made the meal more enjoyable, ensuring that our glasses were never empty and our needs promptly met. Food: The food was outstanding, living up to the high expectations set by the restaurant’s reputation. I started with the Lobster Spinach Queso, which was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with fresh tortilla chips. For the main course, I opted for the Filet Mignon, which was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor, with just the right amount of smokiness from the wood fire grill. The side of Parmesan mashed potatoes complemented the dish perfectly, adding a touch of comfort and richness. My dining partner had the Wood Grilled Salmon, which was equally delightful—flaky, well-seasoned, and served with a vibrant, fresh side of asparagus. Overall Experience: Firebirds Wood Fired Grill offers an excellent dining experience with its combination of quality food, attentive service, and inviting atmosphere. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a great meal, it’s a place I would highly recommend and look forward to revisiting.

Excellent service, nice ambiance, and excellent flavors in the foods. A little louder than I expected, though certainly not overwhelmingly so. The tortilla soup has a fiesta-type flair with the veggies and sour cream, the BLT butter on the sirloin steak was fantastic, and the bread pudding - featuring pumpkin and pecans - was the best I’ve ever tasted. Excellent venue to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or other special event especially for a couple or a small group of friends.

Really delicious food and fantastic service. The space is pretty loud but we had a great time and would go back.

We have been to Firebirds multiple times and the food, service and atmosphere are ALWAYS top notch! We have a tendency though, to get the same thing every time because we love it so much! We often bring family and friends with us to celebrate and share in the great meal!

From the moment we arrived, Tanner welcomed us with a warm and genuine smile, setting a positive tone for our evening. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, patiently walking us through each item and offering thoughtful recommendations tailored to our tastes. Throughout our meal, Tanner’s attentiveness was flawless—he anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. He checked in regularly without ever making us feel rushed, ensuring that our drinks were always refilled and that every dish was perfectly timed. Tanner has a remarkable knack for balancing professionalism with a friendly, personable approach that made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The food was excellent, but Tanner’s service truly made the night unforgettable. It’s clear he has a passion for what he does, and he left us eager to return to Firebirds soon. The experience was mediocre. Several tables were empty but dirty. The food was good but do not buy the drinks. I rarely drink at all and ordered a perfect margarita and did not even feel a buzz at all. There could not have been any alcohol in that drink. My colleague had the same situation with hers.
