    Everything was over salted, almost inedible and overcooked. We ordered two steaks (sirloin and filet) and two burgers. All were requested to be rare or medium rare. However, the service was outstanding. Our waiter was very attentive and pleasant. We didn’t say anything about the food. It had been long day of travel and it wasn’t worth it in the moment.

    Kinsey was our server today and she did a great job making sure we was taken care of. She went over and beyond in making sure everything was great! The food was exceptional and was the perfect temperature! Thank you!

    two of us had the salmon, one had a chicken salad and one had the flame grilled filet. All were excellent. Our server Ethan was a superior host, tending to us the exact amount of time we needed. Our glasses were never empty.

    Meat was over cooked we ordered steak medium rare and it was very well done. This is the second time this has happened.

    We had a lovely experience at Firebirds! We requested a booth on Open Table and, sure enough we got one. We were celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary and are so happy we chose Firebirds to do so. Our meals were delicious, our waiter and support service was excellent and cocktails well crafted!

    This firebirds seems a little older or at least not as well kept. We got a pair of Filets-both were excellent along with the AuGratin Potatoes and Port Mushrooms. Server was poor. Took long time to come to our table and equally long to bring our drinks. Never offered or brought bread until we asked for it (even though other tables sat after us with different servers had bread)-we finally received ours a few minutes before our meal. Late followup after food was delivered and wife never received a drink refill even though her glass was clearly low.

    We dined on Sunday, November 17, 2024 around lunch time. It took FOREVER to get our drinks (at least 25 minutes after we ordered them and we watched as other tables got theirs right away). Then our server kept promising that our food would be right out and it took almost an hour to get our food. Luckily, we ordered our 4 year old's meal before ours because she was starving. I asked my steak to be medium well. It was pretty red in the center. I didn't say anything because it took so long to get my food, I was afraid we'd be there another hour. A tradition of ours is to attend Firebird's once per month after Church as a family and this experience was awful! The service was super slow which ruined our experience this time.

    Staff was incredible, the food was amazing, and the area we were sitting was quiet enough to hold a conversation and not have to raise our voices. Waitress helped us pick a few of our menu options and her suggestions really hit the mark. Worth the price, definitely!
