Waitress was rude didn't bring drinks until 15 minutes after we gave them to us. Requested salad to be brought out before food didn't come out until right before food came out. She didn't ask if we need refills and we ordered sweet tea and it wasn't sweet. The employees were playing and using obscene words towards one another. My wife and I would often frequent this restaurant but the service has gotten worse.

It took us 2 1/2 hours to get our food. I've never experienced this type of service at Firebirds.

Horrible, slow it took almost an hour to get our food, I had to walk and ask a manager how much longer. We sat so long my ice melted in my tea. Staff was rude. The entire event was horrible

We a couple of hiccups with our dinner food. My salad came out without the shrimp and totally drenched in dressing. The waitress corrected the problem with her manager and then when I got my food the shrimp was overcooked. Then there was a correction needed on the check for an overcharge. The atmosphere is still the same dirty pictures on the wall and no texture or warmth in the place not at all like the restaurant in Southaven!

Everything was great from start to finish. I reserve for 12 and 22 showed up and all sat together and had a great time

The food was delicious and our server was very attentive. We had the tender sirloin grilled cheese paired with a loaded baked potato. Everything was cooked exactly as expected. We also enjoyed their brownie for dessert. The portion sizes were large so you definitely get your money’s worth. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will return in the near future.

Our waiter was the best! We had a party of 6 and all the appetizers and everyone’s entrees were great! Would highly recommend
