    We walked on and didn’t even wait 5 mins to be seated. Our server was amazing. Cant remember his name. But he was fun, friendly, and attentive.

    Our server Ayana was professional, friendly and attentive. Food was bit slow. Waited almost an hour, they were very busy so it’s understandable. The manager also came to tell us it’s out soon. We never mentioned it or complain it was nice they were aware of their kitchen being backed up. Food was good, generous portion and fresh.

    Service poor. Took forever to get food. Had a reservation but still waited 10 minutes or more to be seated. Salad arrived after my meal was served. Food was good

    Service was SO BAD, we left. After waiting to be seated, someone came to table, did not identify herself. We placed a drink order and sat, sat, sat, sat--no one approached the table for 15/20 minutes-----so we left the restaurant. Sad that the service at Firebirds has really declined. This used to be one of our favorite dining locations. So glad we had not included other family members on this visit.

    The only reason I have a star on value and food is because I couldn’t leave it blank. We sat for almost 15 minutes without a server. We ended up leaving without eating

    We ordered no problem. When we got our food my husbands order was not correct. The waiter blamed it on the company saying that they never know what the Inner Circle specials are. We specifically said Inner Circle 3 Course Scallop meal and tried to show the email. My husband asked if he could substitute the salad which the waiter complied with. We get the meal and all my husband has on his plate are the scallops. No sides etc. we have to call the waiter he is confused and said we sub the side, we explained that the side is not the salad and again went through the 3 courses etc. He finally got it and came back with partial side dish, we then asked for the asparagus. Finally we got the full meal. I went to the ladies room and it was picked up but, it was dirty!! Not was I expected of this caliber restaurant. The whole restaurant needs a redo. The booth we sat in had a horrible wood beam in the back of the seat my husband had to scoot over. The waiter worked hard just not informed.

    We didn’t see our server literally with the exception of the check delivery and her trying to re-take our drink orders. Both of our entrees had the wrong side dishes, and the steaks were over cooked. We had to ask for help every time, with no one seeming to care we were sitting there.
