The service was excellent. We ordered the Prime Rib cooked medium rare but it bordered on rare to very rare. The loaded baked potatoe had minimal toppings but server did provide more. The BLT salad was excellent as was the cheesecake dessert. Based on previous experiences, the main course food was somewhat of a disappointment. This being said, Firebird's is still a favorite restaurant of choice.

We went there on a Saturday with a reservation for 6 through Open Table. This was identified as for our Anniversary. We had to wait an hour before getting seated. They were not able to accommodate as they had larger parties and parties of similar size already delayed in seating. At that time it would had been difficult to find another reservation else where. The food was decent. We had the Aged Ribeye and food and drinks was good. However, due to the amount of customers, some of the food was delayed in coming out. Wait staff was friendly. However, management should had staffed appropriately to ensure all guests enjoy their experience.

Food delivery was unusually slow, water glasses got empty. Not sure what was wrong.

I had a waitress who was a little attitudinal and did not give her best when serving my table. It was my birthday dinner and she was very inhospitable. I still tipped her because I believe in helping others, but I prefer to dine elsewhere going forward.

The food was GREAT. Came out hot and well prepared. Our waitress was AWESOME. Attentive to all our needs. Especially since we had two small kids in our group! NO COMPLAINTS!! GOOD DINING EXPERIENCE!!

The restaurant was absolute chaos. It took 35 minutes for my wife to get her drink and it was wrong. We requested her drink again 10 minutes later they brought her the wrong drink for the second time we had to explain step-by-step how to make her drink it was just a gray goose martini Doesn’t sound too hard to me. It took 55 minutes to get our dinner after we orders and my wife’s was cold when it came out probably will never go back to this location.
