    We didn’t see our server literally with the exception of the check delivery and her trying to re-take our drink orders. Both of our entrees had the wrong side dishes, and the steaks were over cooked. We had to ask for help every time, with no one seeming to care we were sitting there.

    My husband & I celebrated my nephew’s 28th birthday and we all enjoyed our dinner and time together. Elvis made sure we received all our food selections and we all had a great experience.

    The food was very good. The service was not up to par. Our server was very nonchalant and not as attentive as I've experienced on previous visits. They were chewing gum the entire time we were being served. There were six in my party, and our server made mistakes in two of the orders that were placed. I did my customary 20% tip, but I do not feel that we received the service that warranted it.

    The last two times we have been in, the floor is so slick it's hard to walk on. My shoes were so slippery I had to have help getting up out of the both. My 87 year old mother's cane was slipping all over the place. The first time I thought something had spilled, the second time it was the same.

    Our server was delayed 10-15 minutes for every request. Brought wrong wine out. Took 20 to get right one. Didn’t bring salad out. Didn’t follow up on the meal. Did her side work and disappeared to the back for 20 while we waited for the check. Finally we asked a server and he said she was out back. So we waited another 5 then went to the front. I was a server in undergrad and the first time we have tipped 10% and really deserved zero. The managers were really pleasant when correcting her mistakes but I probably should have requested a comped meal or canceled half way. Bummer because there were only 5-6 tables in the restaurant.

    This is the 2nd time since May we have been to this location and our food took forever. Last night we never received our salads before our food and the waitress failed to take them off the bill.

    Elvis was very nice, Lobster Queso was amazing. Filet was overcooked. Wife’s ribs was overcooked. No pre bussing, table was dirty the entire dining experience. Was a shame as we were 1 of the 3 tables in the restaurant. Table was also sticky when we sat down.

    It was an off night for Firebirds. Everything seemed to be out of kilter. It was warm in the restaurant, the service was extremely slow. Took us 2 hours to have dinner for 4 people. They served dessert with plastic forks and spoons. The only good part of the evening was our server Joy. Now, add to the bad night, they have taken away their veggie burger. It was the only vegetarian entree on their menu. It was also a great seller and by far the best veggie burger in Memphis. I am not even a vegetarian, but I loved it. We were regulars because my wife and son are vegetarian and they wanted to go there just for the burger. In 2024, how does a restaurant believe they can be successful without offering at lest on vegetarian dish if not more. It was a very disappointing evening for many reason, but taking away one of your best items and only vegetarian option may end it for us at Firebirds.
