We are well satisfied with the food, service, and management every time that we dine at Firebirds in Collegeville. Sam was our server today and he did a great job taking care of us.

We've eaten here many times and always had such amazing waiters/waitresses. This past time we were celebrating that we were getting married a year from then. The waiter was amazing through dinner and then brought us 2 little pieces of cheesecake after dinner as a surprise. It's always enjoyable and a good meal.

Overall, decent neighborhood restaurant Two garlic sirloin entrée steaks texture was a bit too tough Entrée salads, swimming in salad dressing overkill

I had the salmon & shrimp and it was very tasty. The rice & asparagus sides were also good, though there were only a few spears of asparagus. I got it as part of the 3-course meal and it came with a side salad & creme brulee cheesecake for dessert. The salad was fresh and the dessert was yummy. My wife had a salad with steak. It was good, but she had to send the steak back since it came out medium well instead of the well done sh asked for. Then she had to send it back _again_ because the salad had blue cheese, when she'd asked for it to be removed. My sister-in-law had shrimp and was very happy with it. It came with a baked potato and carrots. She was a bit disappointed that the carrots had goat cheese sprinkled on top, though the menu didn't mention this. We all had a decaf after dinner and it was good - not burnt and not too strong. My sister-in-law did have to ask for sugar, since it wasn't brought with the coffee.

If you're a fan of deviled eggs, get thee to this restaurant STAT! They are creamy, come with a thick slice of bacon on the side, and simply melt in your mouth. Also, the Firebird's own Cab was rather nice -- and affordable. Unfortunately, my filet (7oz) was rather underdone -- I had requested medium rare & this thing still moo'd. The manager did offer to take it back & heat it up some more, but I declined (as the other two people at the table had no issues with their steaks).

I get together with my 3 sisters here every month or so. It is in a very convenient location, service and food are all great, prices are reasonable. Michaela was out server yesterday and she was super wonderful!

This is the third time we've eaten at Firebirds and absolutely love it. Tonight's experience was outstanding. Crystal is a delightful server. We requested her because we had her the last time we dined there, and she even remembered what we ordered to drink previously. She gave us great service. The food was excellent. We'll be back again.
