    Treating our out-of-state family to a great dining out experience was easy at Firebirds (Chattanooga). The service was exceptional with every detailed attended. Our meal orders were promptly taken, wonderfully prepared, and delivered quickly. The old saying "my eyes were bigger than my stomach" is easy to achieve :-) at Firebirds. The portions are large, so take note when ordering, unless your intention is to take food with you. Firebirds is conveniently located near Hamilton Place Mall and parking is level and in front of the building. During inclement weather, it's easy to drop your party off at the door. This is especially helpful for those with mobility considerations. Making a reservation is suggested during the more popular dining times to ensure that you are seated promptly. Firebirds has always been on our family's Top 5 Restaurant List since it opened. All-in-all, Firebirds delivers consistent, top-of-the-line service and a dining experience you won't easily forget.

    Barbara is an experienced server who we always request when we come in for lunch on weekdays. She anticipates our needs, makes sure our food is to our liking and never lets a glass run empty. Her bright personality is also an asset to Firebirds. This is a well run restaurant with excellent management.

    From the time we walked in, to our departure, it was a wonderful experience. The staff couldn't be nicer. Our server was terrific. I think her name is Julie??. Sorry I don't know if I read it correctly from the card. It was my 81st birthday and they treated our table very nicely....and oh, everyone's food was perfect. I chose a brunch entree and it was delicious. Our server surprised me with a birthday card and desert. We are going to be regulars now!

    We made a reservation. We were almost seated and then the hostess asked to sit back down until they can figure out someone else to sit us with. Our waitress seemed too busy for us and hardly checked on us. My husband waited over 10 minutes for her to return after receiving our food, which included his very undercooked steak. Then we waited for it be brought back. It was undercooked again, but he ate it anyway because waiting isn’t worth it. Spending $50 for a steak, should never result in it having to be sent back in the first place. The price of the food for the VERY underwhelming ambiance of the restaurant, plus the less than adequate service left us extremely disappointed. We spent more at this restaurant than we do at a date night at Hennen’s which provides an excellent experience. We would not return for another meal here.

    I was extremely impressed when the manager came over and took my dirty dishes. He noticed that I didn’t clean a plate & nicely asked me if i was happy. I was super impressed that he noticed & cared! The food amazing, i just got full!

    Excellent as always! My husband and I started dining here regularly in 2020 when not many restaurants had reopened for table service. By now, we've eaten at Firebirds hundreds of times, and it rarely disappoints.

    We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at Firebirds , it was excellent!!! Ordered the filet mignon with blue cheese sauce & mushrooms. The steaks were so tender that you could Cut them with a fork. The Caesar salad was delicious- honestly it was one of the best I have ever had!

    We were immediately seated by hostess and greeted by our server within one minute. Excellent timing on delivery of food, which was well prepared and excellently presented. Manager chatted with us about food quality and service. Overall an exceptional experience.

    Barbara has been our server on several visits now. She is always super professional, courteous, and friendly. Gets everything right every time! The food is always delicious and we love the menu choices. Firebirds is one of our favorite places in Chattanooga.
