    We were immediately seated by hostess and greeted by our server within one minute. Excellent timing on delivery of food, which was well prepared and excellently presented. Manager chatted with us about food quality and service. Overall an exceptional experience.

    Barbara has been our server on several visits now. She is always super professional, courteous, and friendly. Gets everything right every time! The food is always delicious and we love the menu choices. Firebirds is one of our favorite places in Chattanooga.

    My wife and I frequent Firebirds and it’s never a bad experience. The drinks, the appetizers and the food never disappoint. They are always kind and even though they’re usually busy on the weekend it’s never a long wait. We love Firebirds at Hamilton Place!

    One of our favorite restaurant’s. Food and service is always excellent. Also, one of the few places that take reservations. We have had pretty short waits for after church Sunday lunches.

    It is a nice place to eat. The waitress and the manager were awesome!!! We had a problem and they took care of the issue. The manager was very personable and professional. My complaint was how my food was prepared which was not what I requested. The service is the reason I would go back. I live in GA but if I’m ever in the area again I would visit again.

    We had not eaten here in years and were not sure what to expect. I would compare it to a J. Alexanders menu but the food was better and the service excellent. The decor and noise level were just okay - nothing much to note. But for a good quality meal at a mall chain, this will be our new (old) choice.

    Poor service, food wasn’t nearly as good…ok, but for the price should have been better…will be a while before I try them again

    Celebrated our anniversary there last night with a surf and turf and ribeye. The filet was perfect and the lobster was melt in your mouth good. The ribeye was a little overdone and they immediately replaced it with one that was perfect. They gave us a dessert and hand signed card for our anniversary. The manager here could give Chick Fil A lessons in customer service. Highly recommend.
