    We usually love the dining experience at Firebirds, but this time was a little disappointing. My husband and I both ordered the honey glazed chicken. The portion of chicken that we received was very small. The chicken was tough. I have previously ordered the same dish and the chicken was tender and delicious. Our waiter was very good and was friendly and attentive. I feel that with such a small portion, by the time you take a few bites, it’s not worth complaining because a lot of the main meat is gone. The meal was not worth the 16.95 charged. We will take a break for several months, and not return until we have forgotten about the inconsistency this restaurant offers.

    Ava, our server was excellent. The warm bread to start was wonderful. We had 3 different burgers that were delicious. Our complaint was in the BLT salad. It was swimming in the dressing. Should have sent it back. It is one of our favorite items on the menu and it was definitely subpar. Left some on the plate which I never do with this salad. Felt like I had a little salad with my dressing!

    We arrived a little early, but we were seated straight away, probably because we had a reservation. We were met promptly by our server and ordered our meal and drinks. The drinks arrived in a timely manner, as was our meal. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and overall we had a very good experience.

    Our waiter Dimani Allen was amazing. Possibly the best service my husband and I have received at a restaurant in a long time. The food is always great here and the service never disappoints, but Dimani was fantastic.
