    This restaurant is always good. Great for a business meeting or event. Atmosphere is great and it is not loud. Service was fantastic and they had plenty of staff.

    Food was just ok, flavors weren’t there maybe some simple salt and pepper.

    We were there for my mother in laws 88th birthday. To summarize, all three steaks were over cooked. They got it right on the second try but my mother in-laws steak came out 15 minutes after ours so ours were cold by the time we ate. We didn't want to eat without her since it was her birthday. As far as restaurant condition, Both seats in our booth had black duck tape over a 8x8 inch area. You really don't expect to see that at a restaurant at this price point. We told them ahead of time it was her birthday and then the waitress asked if there was a special occasion. We said yes, its her birthday and the response we got was, don't worry we don't sing. It was very disappointing. Firebirds was truly off their game and seem to be trending downward.

    The food is solid, especially for the price. Our server Kevin was phenomenal and really made the experience great. It was very busy but he was always attentive.

    The drinks, appetizer, and 1 meal were great! Our server was very good. My son and I ordered filets medium well. His came out very well done (nearly grey), and mine was butterflied (didn't ask for butterflied)and well to burnt. I sent mine back only to get another one that was still butterflied and very well done and dry. The chicken on my husband's salad was not good, either. When we shell out $200 for a mean for 4 people, we expect it to be top-notch.

    We had a big party and they accommodated us very well with two waiters. Excellent service and excellent food.

    This was our 2nd visit in less than a month to the Stonecrest location. We returned because our service and the food a couple weeks ago had been so good. The visit on 9/7 was also excellent. The host that seated us was friendly and welcoming. Our server Austin was quick to come to the table and was friendly and efficient from start to finish. We both ordered salmon which was delicious and the side of charred carrots which he recommended was so yummy. The glass of wine I ordered was a very generous pour. I saw several managers working to help the busy servers and the staff in general had a feel of camaraderie. Firebirds is now on our regular rotation.

    Food was excellent. My steak was cooked perfectly as ordered. My wife loved her fish dish. We were very happy with everything.
