It was a little cold due to the air blowing. But other than that it was perfect.

Raquel waited on our group and it’s the 2nd time she has waited on us. Her service, patience, and attitude made it to great experience! The food was very good and we received a free dessert because we were celebrating 2 birthday! We will be back!

My family and I have been dining there since day 1 of your opening. We dine here frequently because the food is consistently delicious. Also, your management staff, Marvin and Dominique are absolutely fabulous. They provide excellent customer service each time we dine. Also, thanks to Jaden and Terrence for great service, as our waiters. We will continue dining at this location because the food is Fantastically flavored and prepared. Thank you all.

It felt like our waiter needed some help. The management didn’t really help out as much as they probably should have. We got there at 12 o’clock. A lot of people start coming in around 12 15, 1230 and we had to keep asking for bread. We didn’t receive the bread until moments before we receive the appetizers. I had to send the appetizers back. They were completely burnt. I know the way they are made up for at the end with the birthday cake for me.

Firebirds Northlake is probably our favorite location of this resteraunt. Service and food are always on point and the drinks from the bar are unmatched. We have a location closer but choose to come to this location because of it’s consistency on never disappointing.

Great experience, staff was phenomenal with their attention to details. Management responded to our request to put our party of 18 in one area.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Firebirds Steakhouse and had a wonderful experience! I had the opportunity to speak with the manager, Mr. Dominique, who was warm and welcoming. The entire staff was excellent from start to finish. This was my first time at this location, and it was also my friend’s first visit to Firebirds. From the moment we walked in until the end of our dinner, everything was top-notch. Our server, Terrence, was exceptionally attentive to our needs and made sure we had a fantastic dining experience. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate my special day.
