One if my favorite restaurants and usually my go to for my birthday. We decided to go last night with the family. Waiter was not very attentive until the end. Food was just okay. Went off of my usual prime rib and decided to try the 3 course sirloin. Steak was cooked to order, but the flavored butter just ruined it. The steak didn’t have much flavor either. Dessert was good. Salad was okay. Just not the 5 stars it usually is.

My family and I love this place. This location is the best. The service and food is amazing and we have never had any issues. Thank you management and the staff for their great service.

This was our second visit for dinner. Celebrating a birthday again. Our server was outstanding, he was on top of our drinks, informing us of how long to expect our food, he was just fantastic. But our food was not as great as it was the first time we visited. I had chicken, and it was dry. My husband had the steak and it was dry. My dad had a burger, and his was dry but he loved the tater tots. The kids just eat anything, lol. I don't think we will return again. For the price you pay, and the quality of food we received, it was very disappointing.

We had a large party (10 people) the server and the restaurant handled it pretty good. We only had 1 steak go back as it wasn’t cooked as requested. For 10 people everyone was happy with their meals. I’ve been to Firebirds many times over the years, but those in our party whom it was their first time… they said they would return.

the service (Marcella) was great but the kitchen was backed up. The chicken dry but the other meals fine. The beef as usual done to order.

My wife ordered the 3 Course Dinner 10 oz sirloin, caesar salad and the brownie sundae. I ordered the Rib Special with Au Gratin Potatoes. Everything came out just perfectly as we shared her salad and the dessert. We had enough to take some home to have another evening. The service by Celeste was wonderful! We can't wait to come back soon.

We celebrated my husband's birthday at Firebirds this year. We were delighted with the service, especially our waiter James. He was ready before we even thought about asking for a refill, a box, our receipt. We especially liked that we could hear each other - no music blasting our conversations. The only wrinkle in the evening turned out to be a good one. Our entrees came before the salad which is not how it should have been. When we got our salads, however, it was excellent to alternate our bites from entree to salad. We told James it was a good error and not to worry about it. Hoping he took our advice to heart. We would recommend Firebirds - for any special occasion or just because you want a nice evening out. Thanks!
