Went there for lunch on a Monday afternoon. Good reception, fast seating, and attentive service. We got the pick 2 option for lunch. My BLT salad was overdressed and my cheeseburger was barely warm although cooked way past medium. My spouse's chili was heavy on onions and his tiny flavorless chicken filet was overwhelmed by the untoasted bun. It was lunch and we were in a hurry and didn't complain. We have been to Firebird's many times and notice the kitchen is just not as good as it used to be. May be due to corporate decisions rather than the cook.

1. We enjoyed our meal, except that it cost a little more than we usually like to pay. 2. In my reservation I indicated that we were celebrating a birthday so I expected some recognition, but none was received. 3. I received an email about the Jr Chefs Club and asked our server. He brought his manager over and she appeared not to know about it, asking to see the email. She could only find one T-shirt in the back when I had asked for two, one for each grandchild that was with us.

Ryan (apologize if I spelled her name wrong) was FANTASTIC! Loved her energy and especially her service. She took great care of us!

We were incredibly disappointed with our recent dining experience at Firebirds. The service was inexcusable. We were seated promptly, but the wait for our dinner was over an hour. When we inquired about the delay, the waitress, instead of acknowledging the issue, implied that we were mistaken about the time the order was placed. This was extremely frustrating, as we were certain of the time. To add insult to injury, the food, when it finally arrived, was poorly prepared. My friend's medium-well filet mignon was served as a rare steak. Such a basic error in a supposedly high-end restaurant is unacceptable. We expected a much higher level of service and quality from Firebirds. This experience has left a sour taste in our mouths.

Food was delicious, although it was quite the long way to . Our waitress was wonderful. Men’s bathroom needed some attention as there was no toilet paper and no hand soap. My dad told the bartender about it and he said he’d take care of it right away. However, when my son went in there about 30 minutes later, there was still no soap in the bathroom .

I want value. The restaurant delivered what we ordered done properly but on the high side of price so nothing notable, just average.

Our server, I believe his name was Damond was awesome! Very attentive, energetic and friendly. The soup was Luke warm and the pasta was good. The onion rings were amazing! Overall good experience and will be back.
