    Went for lunch, ordered salads, the chicken and the ahi tuna, they had them to our table withing 10 minutes of ordering, everything was perfectly prepared. The main dish salads are big for lunch, but they offer to wrap up what you still have in your bowl. Never disappointed in Firebirds

    Tremendous staff as we are difficult table with family dynamics going on. The hostess and Mathew were lovely and the food spot on. Great job!

    Some people like charred steak I guess but to me it was burned on the surface! I had to cut surface char off to eat it. I questioned the waitress who got the manager who explained that wood fired steak is their specialty and it is supposed to be charred. The mixed veggies were surprisingly good!

    Our server was lovely. But the food is completely over salted and no other seasoning detected the salmon was tasteless. The steak was so salty that I only ate 3 bites and brought it home to feed to my dog. We spent $200 for three people to eat and the food was completely disappointing. We have given this place several attempts and will not be returning. A shame because it is a neighborhood restaurant. And we would line to support it.

    Understaffed for number of customers around 2:30. Waiter did a good job of service his tables.

    The service was wonderful with Josh! The food was fair, and a couple of kitchen issues were managed very well by Josh and the manager. Disappointing table, chairs, and carpet condition. A few tables were left with messes for a long time.

    Started with happy hour drinks in FireBar before dinner. Then rack of ribs in dining room (wife had grilled shrimp salad) followed by carrot cake for dessert. Our server, Josh, was outstanding.
