    The service was wonderful with Josh! The food was fair, and a couple of kitchen issues were managed very well by Josh and the manager. Disappointing table, chairs, and carpet condition. A few tables were left with messes for a long time.

    Started with happy hour drinks in FireBar before dinner. Then rack of ribs in dining room (wife had grilled shrimp salad) followed by carrot cake for dessert. Our server, Josh, was outstanding.

    Was a nice evening. Just spouse and I. 'Twas a rainy evening so we thought the bar area for happy hour would not be too busy. Wrong! There was not a seat in sight. We made a reservation on the way, fortunately, so we were able to get a booth in dining area right away. Bree was our server. She was very good...attentive, conscientious, pleasant. Ribeye was cooked to perfection. Sides were great. Glad we decided to go there.

    We love Firebirds. The food is great. The atmosphere is really good but could be elevated slightly so it matches the amazing level of the food.

    we eat here a lot and like it very much. Normally it is very noisy so we prefer to eat outside. This time it was way too hot to eat outside but it was Sunday at noon and not very busy. We could actually have a good conversation. My husband and I shared the Strawberry Salad with chicken substituted for the shrimp. My daughter in law loved the Ahi salad and our son enjoyed the chopped salad. One of our grandsons had salmon, fries and mac and cheese from the kids menu and ate all the salmon and fries. The other one had the burger with mac and cheese and fries. He loved his but does not eat as much.

    We had requested a table not booth- initially when we entered, we were told no table was available. The staff was able to accommodate our wish after a few Minutes.
