    Our waitress, Ms. Brittany was fantastic! She knew we had come to celebrate my father's birthday. She suggested great meal options for us, and he enjoyed it as well as my mom and niece. Thank you for such a wonderful evening!

    My wife and I, both veterans, had dinner at Firebird's on Veteran's Day, November 11. Having both meals for free was delightful. Thank you! Our server was terrific and the food stellar. The only recommendation that I would make is to calculate the server's tip on the full value of the meal and not just the reduced portion of the bill. We tipped the full amount, and then some, as we didn't want the server to have to work for less than she should.

    Okay, it's expensive but worth every dime. We were welcomed and seated promptly and our server, Madie, was the most cheerful wait staff ever. She was efficient and attentive without being intrusive. The lobster queso dip is plentiful and to die for. Our filets came out steaming and perfectly prepared. The restaurant was busy but quiet enough that conversations were enjoyable. Altogether, a rare, perfect experience.

    It took a long time to get served, despite the fact that the restaurant wasn't very busy. Ordered a burger and asked for ketchup. Had to wait until the meal was half eaten before it was brought to the table. I will say that it's usually better service.

    We were a party of three and they brought out one person's food way before the other two was done. My food was cold and didn't really want to eat it. The bread pudding though was good.

    Seeking a night out where you never get acknowledged or served? Then Firebird’s in Brentwood is a great place for you. Celebrating an 87th birthday. After waiting more than 5 minutes without anyone even acknowledging our existence, I hailed a manager to ask who our server was. She spent a minute chatting and looking it up and said someone would be with us soon. She then stood near our table talking with staff. Still no service. I am facing the kitchen, maybe 15 feet away and there are 8 staff milling around visiting with one another. Then we decide to leave. I let the managers know before we leave. Seriously.

    The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the server was friendly. The food was terrible.
