The food and service are very good but if you are looking for a quiet and romantic evening then this isn't the place to go. Don't get me wrong... I will be back because the steak, and the carrots were excellent. My fiance also enjoyed his steak, corn, and fries. Just know there will be several large birthday parties going on and it will be very loud in the restaurant. We went on a Saturday night, and maybe that had something to do with it. Do yourself a favor and just order a steak... you won't go wrong with any of their steaks. We tried to order the chef selection pinot noir, but they were out. The manager did come to our table and apologize. He also made another recommendation for us. Overall, the food was amazing, and we will be back for the steaks.

Food, Experience, Ambience, Service, etc. all wonderful from the Host/Hostess to my server. I love Firebirds and would recommend them time and time again.

The Chilean Sea Bass (Pan seared / Key lime butter sauce / seasonal grain pilaf / seasonal vegetable) was absolutely phenomenal! I got the charred carrots in lieu of broccoli. Outstanding combination!

I had no problems making a reservation for a party of 14 for a birthday dinner. Good service. Great food!

We ordered steak and the pork chop and were splitting a salad. I had to ask twice for a soda water and we didn’t receive bread without asking. The server was very nice but had too many tables. We did not receive the salad and instead the steak/potato was split. We then got the steak replaced and the salads came with the meal. Food was very good but the service was quite scattered.

Great food at a great price! The three course menu for $39 is an absolute steal! I would highly recommend checking out Firebirds next time you’re in Birmingham!
