SM was our server and she did an outstanding job. Food was delicious from salads to ribs to dessert. Always have an enjoyable experience at Fire Birds.

When we want a great meal we go to Firebirds. This time we went for their $19.95 rib special and it was delicious. Service from Alexcyia was excellent and she was there when we needed her and we hope to get her next time too. It was quieter than last time which was fairly noisy (very unusual) and was not crowded at 5:00. But it got busier as time went on. Service, food, and atmosphere were all excellent. We’ll be going again soon! Never disappointed!

Firebirds remains one of our favorite restaurants, whether we go for the specials or just because. The booths near the kitchen have turned out to be a quieter space, which we appreciate. The ribs were really good, the fries are surprisingly exceptional! Fun cocktails, too.

The current brunch menu is excellent! Had the steak/potato/mushroom bowl, so good! Husband had the breakfast burger with egg on top and he really liked it. Service was just right!

The noise level was pretty high for a business lunch and we never received a side salad that was ordered. Outside of that, it was a nice place with good food.

Normally, the service and the food are both quite good. However, our order on this visit, took 20 minutes to be delivered to the table. During that period of time neither our server or management bothered to proactively inform us that there was a problem in the kitchen until we questioned them about the delay. Only at that point did the on duty manager visit our table to apologize. Words are cheap, actions speak louder. No offer of any compensation of any kind, i.e., discount our bill or offer a dessert for the inconvenience, was ever tendered. Very very disappointing customer service.

Our go to restaurant for a great meal is Firebirds and we have never been disappointed. Last night was busier than usual when we go but it still was great. Logan our waiter was excellent and I think he was the best we’ve ever had there. There were six of us and lots of requests and he filled them promptly and with a smile on his face! We all had one of their $39.95 specials and everyone enjoyed theirs! All in all great food and excellent service.

When you are a "young, retired couple" meeting friends - we often forget about lunch and that is a BIG mistake!!! We are huge fan favorites of Firebird's but have always gone there for dinner. Lunch is laid back and the quality of the food is outstanding!! Had a fabulous server and the pace was perfect as they were not crazy busy. Had the grilled cobb salad, the BLT with fries, the soup/salad combo and the salad/sandwich combo between us and everyone cleaned their plate. The next time you need a great lunch - think of Firebird's....you won't be disappointed.

Our experience was absolutely terrible. We ordered our steaks medium rare and medium, they came out and they we’re completely over cooked so tough you couldn’t even cut them, we did tell them and they did take it back but then we sat for another hour before they brought the new steak, the pilaf rice was not even rice it was frigid cold like a salad… it was honestly the worse steaks, food, quality, and service we have ever experienced at a firebirds. Also the booth we were at around the back side of the booth it was just inches of dust where the restaurant is not cleaned properly. $95 for our meals it was completely disgusting, and we couldn’t even enjoy the meals. The entire experience was absolutely awful. We will never go back to this location.
