We dine at Firebirds often and love the experience from service, food, atmosphere....we had 9 friends join us for dinner tonight and all loved it....none had been before and dinner was a winner from food, menu options, service exceptional....thank you

In town for a weekend getaway. Dining here was an excellent experience. All the staff were very courteous. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. Our server was prompt and attentive. Most importantly, the food was amazing. I did the three course dinner option and was very pleased with the offerings. My husband tried the salmon with lobster fondue. The crème brûlée cheesecake was so delicious. We will definitely dine at Firebirds again!

We have been to Firebirds many times, this is the first time we were not impressed/delighted by the entrees. My "Medium Rare" steak was Medium Well, and my wife's Pork Chop was overdone. We chose not to say anything, as we had been there a while and just figured we'd eat what we had vs wait for a redo. We went on a Tuesday so thinking the regular cooking staff was not in place. Also - we had no visit to the table by a manager which is pretty typical for them to do. The server was good, and of course, we are still big fans of this gem in Deerfield. Since we have been many, many times we hope that this was just a one-time miss, and we still fully recommend them as we have had many many many great dinners and experiences.

The steaks were tender and cooked to the requested temperature. The service was excellent. We will definitely go back.

Enjoyed our first visit to Firebirds, with friends who also had not yet been here. Everyone from the hosts, to our server, to those who delivered our meals, were outstanding and very welcoming and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, and the ambiance inviting. The only two slightly negative things were how close our table was to two other larger groups (back to back) and the noise level, which made it somewhat difficult to hear others at our table (6 in our party, so not a huge group). We will definitely return for another experience, though!

Great good, service and overall experience. Faith took great care of us. We were celebrating an anniversary and they provided an awesome dessert on a plate decorated with “Happy Anniversary” written in chocolate sauce! An outstanding experience overall!
