    Sadly, the food was less than mediocre, service was lackluster and the cost was way too much given the poor quality. The lettuce in my salad was wilted and watery, my appetizer was cold and the entree was unremarkable. Save your money, not worth it. The staff was friendly enough though.

    We dined outside and everything was perfect. The appetizer and the entrees were delicious and our server Sam was fantastic.

    The food was overdone. The soup was extremely salty. The dessert was very good.

    Excellent food and atmosphere. Loud, but manageable in a booth, not sure about tables. Service was very good.

    Food was very good. Service was satisfactory but wait staff got one order wrong, forgot the bread, and split the check between us ( 2 couples ), when we asked for separate checks. Otherwise, we would go back.

    Atmosphere was very nice as it usually is. Service was very quick which was nice. Two of the four of us really enjoyed their meals, no issues. One of us was disappointed in the flavors, indicated that things used to taste better (comparing last nights meal to many previous meals at this location). I ordered the California Chicken Salad, my long time favorite meal at Firebirds. I asked for dressing on the side however the salad was served already tossed with the dressing, there was hardly any chicken and there were no pecans at all. Pretty disappointing for me.

    Started at the happy hour for cocktails before dinner. They have a nice happy hour martini's 7.95. Delicious. We didn't try the apps because we were having dinner. People were eating Filet and mashed potatoes at the bar on the happy hour price. Looked great. Our waiter Zac was great. I had the Ribs and my husband had the Salmon for dinner. Everything was great. We had preciously purchased a gift card and it had a bonus of $20 for spending $100. We didn't use it all, so we get to go do it again.

    This is the second occasion where we have dined in your restaurant and have not received appetizers prior to the main course arriving, or they were just inadvertently forgotten. This recent Father’s Day visit, I had to remind the server that I still had not received my appetizer (which we initially confirmed when I ordered it that I wanted it prior to the main course). Unfortunately he replied “It will be here soon, ma’am, only to come back and apologizing stating that he thought they were making it, but they weren’t, and that they are currently making it now because he had to inquire about it. Once again, no appetizer served prior to the main entree, so when everything did arrived, it left little room on table for all the plates to be there.🤦🏽‍♀️
