Kitchen not equipped to handle All-You-Can-Eat Brunch. 45 minutes in and still waiting for pancakes and French Toast. Server said it was because they had a 2 large groups and the griddle was too small. If you are going to include griddle items for an AYCE, then you should be equipped to make those items for all who order. My husband told server to cancel his order and 2 minutes later, the server came with a plate of pancakes that he said he took from someone else's order...as though we should be thankful that we're finally getting served. My husband said nope, don't want it at this point, and server said he wasn't sure if Manager would take off the bill. A few minutes later, the manager comes out with the check and says she took off my husband's meal and gave us a discount. I told her that we weren't finished and were still waiting for items we had ordered for me and my son. She just wanted to get rid of us instead of asking what it would take to make it right! She comped our meal and said that it was a "teachable moment " for the staff. We're not interested in a free meal. We wanted the experience we came for - brunch with a reasonable wait NOT a comped meal at the sake of a bad experience. Aside from this experience, the Manager definitely needs her own teachable moment. The people at the table next to us were her friends and she came over and had a lengthy, loud conversation with them, during which, in full hearing of my 9 year old son, she dropped profanities, including the F bomb, and then discussed a person she and her friends knew who was MURDERED and how appalled she was that someone asked for pictures of the murdered person's body. Can't make this stuff up folks! Laughably, she was going on to her friends about how the restaurant is all about great customer service. The restaurant owners should also know that she told her friends that she was giving them a discount. Wow, like she owns the place! Won't be back. Tell the world my story.

The food was mediocre at best. We got the bottomless brunch and the available options sounds great. The portions were fine but the quality was subpar. The Avocado toast was stale and dry, the Bourbon Pecan french toast was ice cold and flavorless, the potatoes has zero seasoning, literally just a potato. The chorizo Mac and cheese tasted fine but was clearly sitting under a heat lamp for an extended period of time. It was incredibly difficult to get our servers attention and not the quality of service we anticipated. Drinks ran dry, no "how is everything" check in until after the check was dropped, just subpar. It was Sunday morning and we expected a crowd but they were dead. We were one of four tables in the building, all the more reason we were disappointed about the service.

Good pizza, custom pizza seemed a little skimpy on toppings, but all other items were good.

We did the Bottomless brunch on Sunday. This was our third time having the brunch, once before on Sunday and also on a Saturday. This was not the typical experience. We had really enjoyed the casual nature of the brunch and the small-plate concept with a broad menu and something for everyone. On this Sunday, the restaurant was very crowded. Although we had a reservation for 5, we were seated at a booth for 4 and had to pull up a chair (surprising that this was not done by the restaurant person who seated us). Our server was waiting on a number of large tables and seemed overwhelmed. He took our first order within the first 5-10 min. or so; however, he didn't really follow-up throughout the meal, which is very important in an environment like this. We had to ask for our bar drinks multiple times and he said he saw them, but didn't get them for us. It was more than 20 minutes before we got our bar drinks and we still had not received any food. During our first order, we had ordered one serving of pancakes and 2 (for different people) servings of beignets. After asking for the pancakes several times, we finally had to ask the manager. The server said "Oh, other people must be taking them", which seemed like an odd response when it was his job to ensure we received our entire order. We were finished all of our other food before we got the first order of beignets, but never got the second order, even though we had asked a number of times with no explanation of an issue. We were at the restaurant for over an hour and a half and finally just gave up, as we just couldn't get the food we were ordering. We will try again; however, we will probably tend to visit on Saturday instead.

We started on the website of the location we wanted, but the reservation link went to a different one. No reservation for us when we showed up, presumably an empty table at the other.

Waited 50 minutes for a pizza the staff forgot about. One waiter was handling multiple tables. We received the other food items at a reasonable time. The wait time was excessive.

This was our first time trying this location of Fireworks. The food is the same excellent quality of the original Leesburg location, but the atmosphere is different. The restaurant was not very busy, but does seem to do a lot of takeout. We had no problems getting a table on a Friday evening, and the restaurant was quieter than we're used to in Leesburg. Service was good, food and drinks arrived quickly. Pizzas were great - always top-notch ingredients and crafted with care.
