Award Winning Irish Beef

At FIRE we pride ourselves in sourcing only the best grass-fed Irish beef. We seek out the most succulent, tender steaks available on the global market. That is why we use Irish Hereford Prime and Hannan Meats to ensure every cut of beef is of the highest quality, low in saturated fat, high in vitamins and minerals, and always tender.

IRISH HEREFORD PRIME AGED & MARINATED WITH GARLIC, THYME
These steaks are packed full of juicy flavour, aged for 21 days under vacuum before been given a final touch with FIRE’s now signature marinade of Irish Atlantic Sea Salt, fresh garlic and aromatic thyme.
HANNAN’S DRY AGED IRISH BEEF
Aged in Himalayan salt chambers over a period of 28–45 days, concentrating the flavour of the meat, sealing in the natural juices, and producing a totally unique, sweet, flavoursome and multi-award winning beef.

Service was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Some of the best service we’ve had in a while dining out. However, the Christmas set menu is very over priced for what you get. The supplements are excessive on top of the €75 per head. In terms of value for money, we’ve been to similarly priced restaurants and got better value for money. We were expecting more from the food so we’re disappointed with what we got.

The Christmas menu at 75 per head was abysmal quality . Rubber prawns, cold fish. We weren't even asked for a drink when we sat down but were asked to order straight away. N

Saw this restaurant on a previous visit to Ireland, so put it on the list for my next visit. So made a reservation this trip. Asked for a table out of traffic and that happened, after that it was all down hill the rest of the night. First started with service, pretty spotty and not attentive. Then it was announced we should order off the Christmas meal list at 75euro a piece, even though the menu we were given had an a La carte menu. We ended up ordering what we wanted and not the Christmas meal. As far as what we ordered my date ordered a ribeye and I ordered the strip loin. Both steaks had a lot to be desired. Both were not top quality that you would expect, lots of grizzle and nerves ….probably weren’t what they were supposed to be. Overall you’d be foolish to go here, I won’t be back. There is another steakhouse in Dublin that is quoted by Joyce…..have always been the model of consistency and 100 euro less….go there.
