Here at Fire + Water we are very fortunate to be settled in one of the best four diamond hotels in the Pacific North West.
We find inspiration in local, sustainable, fresh ingredients that are abundant along the Pacific Coast, where the climate provides many a delicacy in our wild and not so wild spaces.
Our talented culinary team is a mix of different cultures, and those cultures brought ingredients, ideas and approach to cooking that we at Fire + Water describe as West Coast Cuisine.
The palette-tempting menu combined with the casual modern setting and atmosphere of our restaurant and Lounge are a great for family celebrations, a casual drink after work or a special occasion.

Fire and Water is a gem. They offer a great value in wine and food selection. Recently, the restaurant has updated the wine list and menu, which is nice to see. The covered patio is great for happy hour.

The pork belly appetizer was 5-star. Unfortunately, it went down from there. Nothing wrong with the salmon and scallops main course, but it didn’t compare to the flavour profile of the appetizer. The crème brûlée was burnt on the top, but the vanilla custard was top notch. Loved our mocktails; very refreshing.

Interesting menu with an excellent halibut Special. The suggested paired wine wasn't a great choice though. Service was very good.

Fantastic restaurant. I’ve been a foodie in Victoria for many years. This was the best meal I’ve eaten in this town. The seafood chowder was amazing ! And the duck confit salad also just the best. We went early and it was quiet. Highly recommend dining here
