Renovation work is being done in small sections overnight in order to minimize disruption to our guests. Overall I enjoyed Fire and Ice. The blackened Salmon dish was enjoyable and their spinach and artichoke dish was served with tortilla chips at the right portion. They had a good cocktail menu and there were plenty of items besides the salmon to choose from. I would go back again if in Springfield on another visit.

Reservations made 1st timers order the Ribey/with lobster tale, mac&cheese. Steak & Mac came out ,guess what waitress forgets the Lobster .So by the time we received are entire meal , food was cold & lobster tale overcooked

We were seated at high top tables, which was fine except they were extremely close to televisions on the wall. Our waitress seemed scattered brained but was very nice. Steak was delicious but garlic mashed potatoes could have used more salt. Overall good! Would go back for the steak again.

Not really much on the menu, the noise was extremely loud the service was great but other than that it’s pretty much hyped up to be not that good.

This place has gone way down hill. Wrong food. Then food with sauce when was told no sauce. Wife’s food had like 5 tomatoes on it and all in one spot on the side. Paid for our drinks and left without eating. Used to be one of our favorite places to eat when we had the money. Now it’s highly doubtful we will ever be back. Also reserved a high top and was sitted at a booth. Why make a reservation if they will put you anywhere anyways.

Very good food, very good atomosphere, outstanding staff. We really appreciated the attentiveness of our waitress. We visited three times during our stay. Highly recommend!

This was our first time to eat here. We were pleasantly surprised by the cool vibe, friendly atmosphere and awesome food. We had the crab rangoon pizza for an appetizer which was awesome. The brisket mac and cheese was really great and my burger royal was excellent! Great service too. Hannah was the best! We will be back!

Jolanna was a fabulous waitress!! I’m gluten/dairy free and she took great care of me!! I had a filet and rice, it was cooked to perfection!
