Valentine's Day setup was spot on. We loved the drinks, my wife especially loves Love Potion #9 (hoping it would be a permanent cocktail choice). The only thing I would say for the appetizer choices, there would be one or two more non seafood choices. Everything else was delicious. Will definitely come back.

Starting with the cosmopolitan it was perfect. The French onion soup was very good. House salad was large and I couldn't finish it. Chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes was great. I ended up taking food home. Our server, Arrianna was top notch. I would highly recommend Fire and Ice to my friends and family. Can't wait to go back.

Maya is one of the best servers in the area just friendly and pleasant. Made my children fell welcome and they enjoyed being at a “fancy restaurant “ as they call it !! We will be back soon

Arranging a luncheon for my friend’s birthday was easy with the help of the very capable staff. We enjoyed a tasty meal, perfectly paced. The finale which was a surprise birthday cake was carried out to my total satisfaction.

For the second time, a table was available on OpenTable, and we received a call stating that the restaurant was closed. We were on our way to the establishment, driving about 40 minutes to get there. We arrived at 2:15 PM, and were told the restaurant was closing at 2:30 PM for lunch, but were seated anyway. We reviewed the menu and made choices, but the server returned, said that she gave us the wrong menu (provided a dinner menu) and gave us the lunch menu. The server had to return to the table twice to ask what I had ordered. The French onion soup came out cold. A simple salad with salmon was drenched in dressing, which tasted of spoiled oil. Bottom line take aways: Fire and Ice, please update your available reservation times on OpenTable. Do not blame patrons for reserving and expecting to enjoy a meal when your availability is posted incorrectly. Don’t treat patrons like an inconvenience when they are seated. Serve high quality food at the appropriate temperature.
