I’ve waited for ages to get a table here so expected good things but was really disappointed. Staff were super but the food was really poor. Even the corn on the cob was bad. How do you even make bad corn on the cob.

Very good experience, slightly longer wait times in places but not a big issue. Service otherwise was professional and courteous. Food was excellent, priced accordingly

First time we came everything was amazing food, service. Ever since it’s been very poor. Not very good with allergies when asking if something was gluten free reply was ‘should be probably’ gluten free side dishes passed to my mother who has celiac disease she played on her food contaminating her main meal. Wouldn’t cater to a gluten free desert for her. Our first experience was amazing which led us to come back several times which we have been disappointed ever since. Allergies can be life threatening. More care needs to be taken and waiters need to have more knowledge. Not the kind of service expected for paying customers paying over a £300 bill.

When we arrived the restaurant was quiet we & we ordered fairly quickly and the waitresses were friendly. We ordered 2 children’s burgers & the works. The burgers were fairly tasty but the works was very disappointing, meat was very dry. The nicest bit was the mac and cheese. Once our food arrived we were forgotten about. We were sat with finished plates on the table for nearly 40 minutes before we had to ask for our table to be cleared, the children were getting bored & wanted their desserts & to go. We asked for the table to be cleared & more drinks as no one else came to us after our food was served. The waiting staff were friendly but there seemed to be no organisation and the food was disappointing.

Mains were mediocre. Desserts very bland with no taste Service seemed slow but it didn’t seem all that busy Felt like we were abit of an inconvenience

We went for a celebration meal as a party of 6. The seating was quite uncomfortable, we sat on two benches. One of the party is 8 months’ pregnant so we requested a chair. The food was well presented, hot and tasty. Drinks were reasonable and good quality. Would return if we could sit at a table with proper chairs.

Awesome! What a ‘plate’ of food! We had ‘The works’ to share, a great way of having a big selection to try, the steak and chimichurri was especially lush. Staff were brilliant, 2 really attentive friendly ladies, which makes all the difference. We will be back! Steak next time 👌
