Fioretta is reminiscent of a new-age Copacabana, celebrating old-world Italian cuisine with an opulent twist, a steady flow of impressive cocktails and wine, world-class live entertainment, and a glamorous vibe cast over the entire experience.

Seamlessly blending steakhouse fare with elevated versions of old-world Italian cuisine with help from Italian-American Chef, Joe Rizza. The menu pays homage to the Italian immigrants who graciously first introduced Americans to southern Italian classics. Fioretta’s custom-built solid-fuel hearth and open kitchen allows Rizza and his culinary team to impart superb flavor, char and texture to each dish. The menu strives to strike the perfect balance between nostalgia and innovation.

Unbelievable food and service but the place is super loud. The booth tables are too high ; I felt like I was a child sitting at the table. Great place for after work but not for a romantic evening.

Fioretta is beautiful and the food is outstanding. All three of us ordered something different, and we were all raving about our choices. Highly recommend Fioretta…one of the best spots in west loop hands down!

The food is grossly overpriced. Seafood tower @ $48 per person is a joke. 4 oysters, a couple pieces of shrimp & extremely small pieces of crab was a joke. The lobster diavolo was 99% noodles with skimpy small pieces of actual lobster in it- in the center of a lobster shell. The taste was just “ok”. I don’t mind paying top tier $ for food that matches the price but it was deceitful & a waste of our time. No plans to return, wasn’t worth it. Waiters were dressed nicely, and the ambiance was great but besides that it was absolutely nothing spectacular about this place.

We first came here with friends in the spring. We were sat right away in the lounge. They had live music. Service was great. We had meatballs, oysters and cocktails. We had such a good time we decided to add this place to our anniversary weekend. We had 9:30 reservations for 2 people in the lounge. We checked in about 9:15/9:20. We knew we’d most likely have to wait closer to 9:30. When we checked in, they said multiple tables were getting ready to leave. When I asked if the had an estimate of how long, the other hostess butted into the conversation and with a slight attitude, it’ll just be a few minutes and a text would be sent when the table is ready. 45-50 minutes later, I received a text. We head to the hostess desk and we’re off to being seated. No mention of an apology. We once went to a restaurant and waited 10 minutes for our reservation, they gave us complimentary champagne and said sorry to keep you waiting. Should start doing this as based on previous reviews, this happens a lot. Food and service was great after that.

This is the second time in a row where I had to wait almost a full hour from the time my reservation was supposed to be for. I thought I’d come back to see if the first time was just a fluke. Bread was too salty. Cacio e Pepe was mediocre. Burrata salad was good. Steak was solid.

We were seated in our after our reservation time we were promised focaccia for the wait, but we never received it.

My steak was so over seasoned that the only flavor profile was salt. I couldn’t eat it. The grade of oysters served was subpar. They certainly weren’t premium, choice or even select. Overall, the experience was average at best. In a city known for its steak restaurants, Fioretta is an over-priced, thematic experience that misses the mark.

Was asked to leave after spending $800 on our group of 4. Manager lied saying a pregnant woman was waiting for our table and he hated making her stand so we needed to leave. Meanwhile our group had someone who was 7 months pregnant. Only reason we were still at the table was because of slow service, not out of choice. Was told we’d get relocated to the bar and a free round of drinks if we moved. One person from our party received a drink and we never received a spot at the bar. We stood there awkwardly until we just left. Theres so many amazing restaurants in Chicago, I would not return. This was a birthday celebration that completely fell flat.
