Was there for a birthday party of six our server Nora took forever, took forever to take her drink orders, and our food order. Waited a long time for our food or food was cold and wasn’t even brought to the table by our waitress. The server only came to the table once the food was already brought to us from kitchen staff in which our food was cold, and at the end of the night took about one hour and a half to get our bill and when she brought when she brought her were mixed up. The atmosphere is great. The music was amazing overall and service I give it to.

Restaurant has a good vibe. Drinks came to the table quickly however the food took a little too long (approx. 45 min). Unfortunately the grilled cheese sandwich I wanted to order was removed from the menu, however it was not indicated on the menu. Food was tasty, would go again. Server did his best but not super attentive. They also had a band performing at 9pm. Super Natural. They were good but once they started to play the lights in the restaurant were dimmed, seeing food in front of you was difficult and the noise level was so conversations were quite difficult. We were done eating by then and were able to enjoy the entertainment. Just something to consider if that environment works for you.

Bands are so loud you can’t hear yourself think! Service was horrible. Had to chase all night to get a drink and most of the time ended up going to the bar. They were not short staffed, because I asked!

From the very start, the waitress who served us had an angry look on her face. A deep scowl. Never smiled, was constantly walking around muttering swear words that all tables could hear. 3 times we asked her for the menus and it took me getting up to go to the bar and ask the bartender to get them. We waited 20 minutes for the menus before asking the bartender. Three of us had the ribeye specials. We all ordered medium and got well done. The potatoes were dry and cold. We didn't even eat them. She didn't even ask if there was something wrong with them or if we wanted something else. She didn't attempt to care. We constantly had to wait with empty drink glasses and ask for more beer or wine. Needless to say we were extremely disappointed and we will be taking our team dinners to one of the many establishments around this and never going back. This waitress should seriously consider another career if a busy restaurant of paying customers who are polite, courteous and above all more than patient causes her to repeatedly says "F my life". Will not recommend this establishment to any of my clients who are all around your restaurant.

Always like this place. Our server Patricia was absolutely outstanding. When we first got there everything was great, food great, atmosphere great and then this guy came on the microphone and did some kind of trivia. We did not enjoy this and others around us did not enjoy it as well. He was way too loud and not entertaining at all. I will say, that if this guy is on every Tuesday, we will no longer go as we could not even hear ourselves talk. Other than that, absolutely amazing.
