Fiola Miami brings the cuisine and culture of Italy to Coral Gables, "The City Beautiful." Recognized as one of the best fine-dining Italian restaurants in South Florida, Fiola Miami is Fabio Trabocchi's first restaurant venture outside of Washington D.C. and marks the Michelin-starred brand's second location.

Our menus are founded on authentic Italian traditions creatively evolved for the contemporary palate. Each dish blends our passion for the season and local ingredients with rich nostalgia and unexpected delight.

Fiola Miami's unparalleled wine portfolio places an emphasis on luxury wines and exclusive partnerships with national and international wineries. Fiola offers nightly dinner service; a Prix Fixe Lunch ($42) and Happy Hour menu available Tuesday through Friday; and Sunday Brunch. The Bar features select items from our dinner menu, alongside craft cocktails. Fiola is renowned for hosting events in our private dining rooms, outside in our luxe tent, or as a full buyout.

    Was there for the Brunch on Sunday. We had the Miami Spice with a couple of Add-Ons. It was a great value and the food and service was outstanding.

    I recently celebrated my wedding anniversary at Fiola Miami, and it was an experience to remember! From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, and we were even greeted personally by the chef, which added a thoughtful touch to the evening. The meal was nothing short of extraordinary. We started with the octopus and burrata—both dishes were exceptional, showcasing a perfect balance of flavors and textures. For the main course, we indulged in the branzino, which was cooked to perfection. Each dish was a testament to the chef's skill and attention to detail. Fiola Miami made our anniversary celebration truly memorable with their outstanding food, attentive service, and warm hospitality. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience in Miami. We can’t wait to return!

    2nd time to Fiola had the same table by the kitchen and head waiter. Excellent food quality, extensive wine list. Great cocktails. Our favorite in Coral Gables.

    The service and food presentation were both outstanding. The staff was very knowledgeable and their recommendations good. The food was very tasty but for what it is I just found it a bit overpriced. Most dishes were over $40 so it is on the pricier side, but what surprised me is that even the sides like the potato fondant (mash potatoes) was also $40. Overall we had a great experience but it’s just not the kind of place I would repeat to be honest.

    Beautiful restaurant with phenomenal food. Service was amazing - very attentive & kind. Food was delicious- be prepared for small portions - but every bite is exquisite. We had a lovely experience.
