FINO is a traditional pizzeria that you would expect to find on the streets of Napoli, with a Cicchetti style restaurant.
Cicchetti :- (pronounced chi - KET - tee) are medium size dishes, typically served in cicchetti bars in Venice.
You can make a meal of them by ordering several plates and pizza's which can be shared between friends.
Or as dishes as a start, with your main to follow.
Here at Fino we use only the best ingredients we can source, hand made our dough for our pizza’s, freshly made pasta for our pasta dishes, its all about quality and fresh ingredients.
Our Head chef Luca is from Sicily, making his traditional tomato base and sourcing the finest ingredients from all over Italy, to use on our pizza’s and cicchetti dishes.

Coupled with our hand picked wines and our special relationship with Peroni, bringing you exclusive beers from the entire range.

Food quality great. Service great from the young chap who had plenty on to himself upstairs. Was 25 mins before our order was taken, then 45 minutes before our starters even arrived - too long imo. Got asked if we wanted a second round of drinks before our starters had even arrived…

Very nice place, set in an old Tudor house. Very cosy, but where we were sat we got a draft, when the door was opened. However the food was very good and the staff were efficient and friendly. Overall a good experience and would go again.

As repeat customers, we knew how brilliant the food and the service is at Finos, and was hoping the same. We were not dissapointed in the least, and can even say they managed to exceed our expectations! This remains our favourite eatery to get the most delicious gluten free cousine (my other half being gluten intolerant), and all their offerings are brilliant and tasty. Good selection of food, absolutely amazing taste, lovely staff who go above and beyond (Thanks Joe and the rest), and a great atmosphere make us recommend Fino's to anyone interested.

Very poor service, wrong meal served, we haven't been asked once if everything is fine, if need something. When we finished our drinks nobody asked us if we want to order. No dessert was offered. Attitude of staff was poor from beginning to end. Fino was my favourite place in Wakefield, our last visit put me off and definitely won't recommend that place any more

Given menu's then on making order we were told both of the starters we wanted weren't available (pate and brushcetta). Waitress then checked and said they could sort the bruschetta but no pate. Starter and main both nice. Came to dessert and menu was given to us saying the lemon option was no longer available and that we couldnt have the tiramasu as it was still defrosting. Opted for the chcolate cake which to be honest was a bit like a supermarket cake that had been warmed in the microwave. Shame to say the above as it's a nice venue and the staff were lovely but there are definitely better Italians in Wakefield in terms of the food.
