This was our second dinner at Finnbar this year, and we again enjoyed excellent cocktails, fresh and flavorful salads and creative entrees, with an excellent and friendly waiter. My sweet corn polenta entree was bright with fresh mint and hearty with its wild mushroom topping and Swiss chard. Excellent combination and a dish I hope I can recreate at home. My other half had lamb kefta that on their own were quite good but were overpowered by an excessively garlicky yogurt sauce. Unfortunately, like the first time, we found the desserts to be a complete miss. My lime panna cotta was so mild in flavor it wasn't worth finishing and its rhubarb topping was far too sour to have gone well if the lime flavor has been strong enough. His lemon tart was made off-site, the crust very good but the lemon filling runny and tasting far too much of egg, not the bright curd that the tart should have had. It's odd that a restaurant that does all else so well makes desserts that are just disappointing. We will certainly go back but will just skip dessert!

We've been to the Finn Bar 3 or 4 times now, and the food is alway delicious! Everything is beautifully presented and fresh tasting. I love that they change the menus so that there's always something we haven't tried yet.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The staff was so welcoming and we loved the atmosphere. It felt like a complete experience. The menu was fabulous and we so enjoyed sharing all the incredible combinations of flavors. Will come back again and again!

Love dining here- the wait staff goes above and beyond. The menu is always creative and super fresh, the ingredients are magnificent. We enjoyed beautiful seasonal appetizers and entrees. Was a touch difficult to cater to one of the people in our party who does not eat meat or dairy. The noise level was high on the bar side from 5:20-6pm (in advance of an opening at ArtYard) and again around 6:30-7.

Impeccable meal including delicious wine. My favorite restaurant of all time and I lived in NYC for 30 years. Charming, unique, fun and pristine, thoughtful food with local ingredients.

Had a table of four and ordered everything from the entrees. Everything was exquisite. Highly recommend this style of dining for tables of 4. Wish they had a tasting menu available, but we made it happen anyway!

This was the second time at FINN Bar. The food is outstanding. It's fresh, interesting and delicious. Service is excellent friendly and without pretense. I highly recommend.

Food was delightful; great use of ingredients. Recommendations by server were great. Ambience delightful; a little loud inside but the outside was quaint.
