First time visit. Will be back. Beautiful and comfortable space. Excellent service! kitchen was fast and precise, cocktails and wine were well priced, matching the approach-ably priced menu. Desert was “meh” but all in all, a great dining experience.

Everything was great about the restaurant from the food to the service to the vibe of the restaurant. Great place to just get drinks or perfect for a date night

It's been a long while since I've left a review like this. We've become accustomed to "it was good" so when a GREAT experience comes along, I know I owe the review it earned. From the front door to last goodbye, the cocktails, pop-up appetizer menu, the wine, the mains and the service from an outstanding lady named Jewel everything was exceptional. The extensive and unique cocktail menu was a fun opener and we enjoyed 3 spectacular choices. Love the overreaching print shop theme in drink names. Next up was a one night only, pop up appetizer menu/ desert menu he in conjunction with Salt & Brick. These a-la-carte selections were so so tasty - we had 4 different ones each hard to rank from favourite in down - lots of tied for second. We had the braised rib and the sablefish dish which was mine. It was delicate and so full of amazing flavours that worked incredible together - some charcoal smoke in the fish and cabbage balanced with the miso and citrus- 20/10 and I don't say that lightly. My husband enjoyed the braised short rib and it was big, tender, juicy and flavourful 10/10. I stalled on selecting a wine and Jewels arrived at the perfect moment with a suggestion that brought out the best in both the dish and wine. We chatted with her about the restaurant including the menus, chef and staff. The pride that everyone took in ensuring things were "just so" was evident. The chef beamed from the kitchen when she told him how much we enjoyed the food and she told us how he is so kind and is making the kitchen such a fun place to be a part of. We left with full bellies and felt great about supporting a place that seems to be doing everything right. I just popped a quick Look at the webpage and saw this "We had long wanted to develop a restaurant concept centered around making people feel special." Well I'd say you did it. You can tell Jewel feels it's special and we did too. My husband already has a business meal planned and we will be back. Pure awesome. Thanks Jewels!!!

We went for the Galentines menu event, food was to die for and service was amazing. Julia absolutely killed the service and was very helpful when it came to any questions or needs we had. Wonderful night, we will be back!

Booking for Galentines Day was confusing. You had to choose how many appetizers you were going to order without seeing he menu. When you got there they had no idea about the menu at the bar. Our table wasn’t ready so they sat us for dinner at the kitchen overhang bar. We asked to just get a drink at the bar and wait till a table came available even though we had a reservation. That was actually handled really well by the hostess. But the service was pretty poor after that

I enjoyed the $35 lunch menu. The tempura green beans are delicious. The salmon was a sizeable portion perfectly cooked. I would have loved a bit more bok choi. That is my only complaint. The dessert was a decadent, silky chocolate mousse. 10/10. I enjoyed The Standard cocktail (take on an old fashioned). It was very strong but well made. Server was very friendly and efficient. Thank you

I've been wanting to try FinePrint for ages and I am so glad that I had the opportunity to eat here. The food was next level. Loved every moment.

We had the oysters, scallops, bison tartare, lobster risotto, and the surf and turf. Some of the dishes were great, some were disappointing. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, the service was excellent and the overall branding/themes of the restaurant are brilliant. Food reviews: Cocktails & mocktails: really disappointing 😞 my mocktail in particular was so watered down I actually thought they maybe forgot an ingredient? 🦪 Oysters: great! 🥓 Scallops: the best thing we had. These were so good, so rich and all the flavours really complemented each other. 🦬 Bison tartare: also amazing. We loved how it wasn’t too overpowering; the mustard was just right and the bison was so lovely and smooth. 🦞 Lobster risotto: really under seasoned and a little too al dente (as in, some bites were crunchy). 🥩 Surf & turf: we were disappointed that this dish only came with a few pieces of chopped up lobster. We would have loved to have seen the full tail presented on the plate. The hollandaise was really thin and tasted watered down. The tenderloin was slightly overcooked. All the plates were presented beautifully and the overall atmosphere was so lovely! Just a few food pieces didn’t hit the mark.
