Our award winning head chef Francis Martinez executes a menu that honours local producers to deliver contemporary dishes with a soft french influence. From our celebrated sablefish to the finest local beef, from small delicious snacks to robust courses, we aim to create a special experience for every guest.

Starting on March 14 to 30, 2025 FinePrint will be serving a 5-course menu that will tickle your palette and showcase the creativity of Chef Francis Martinez by giving you an insight on what FinePrint is all about. Start with a butternut squash humus for your first course, then to a balsamic and fig glazed lamb skewer, then to a cacio e pepe, to your 4th course of chicken schnitzel served with chicory greens and lemon caper vinaigrette. Then ending with a lemon pavlova This 5-course menu is available Monday to Saturday from 5:00pm to 9:00pmpm. $75**

In his role at Tenute Del Mondo, Mark spearheads the strategic direction for renowned wineries such as Achaval Ferrer (Mendoza, Argentina) and Arinzano (Pago de Arinzano, Spain). Our very own Executive Chef, Francis Martinez; will curate a 5 course dinner that will surely bring fresh flavors that would pair excellently with the Archaval wines that Mark will be serving. Great service from Megan, very fun and cheerful. We had the whipped brie and honey toast as an appetizer and it didn't disappoint, sweet and savory notes with every bite. For the main course we had the brome lake duck and the braised short rib. The star of the duck dish was the confit, extremely succulent. The braised short rib was so tender you could cut it with a fork, loved every bite of it. For dessert we had the bread pudding but it lacked in what bread pudding should be which is soft and comforting. Overall though, we had a great dining experience and would recommend it for any occasion.

Our dinner at FinePrint was excellent! Super friendly and attentive staff, great portion sizes, and the food was excellent. Great place for date night or a night out with some girlfriends!

Nice surroundings, open kitchen is interesting, had tomato salad and was excellent, great quality, lobster risotto was very good dish but was served lukewarm, beet salad also tried, beets were under cooked and therefore not sweet enough and slightly crunchy. Expected more

Partner and I decided to check out this place for our Valentine's and it was the a magnificent night for us. The deep fried green beans was irresistible and our server's wine recommendation with my steak was excellent! Everything is just lovely.
