Our award winning head chef Francis Martinez executes a menu that honours local producers to deliver contemporary dishes with a soft french influence. From our celebrated sablefish to the finest local beef, from small delicious snacks to robust courses, we aim to create a special experience for every guest.

The attention to detail we seek starts with our local farmers and producers and transcends to our preparation and cooking styles. From sourcing natural and organic ingredients to selecting special kindling for our wood burning Josper oven, we have a love for food and hospitality that is best when shared with our friends and guests.

Send off 2024 in style with the team at FinePrint! Whether joining us before a personal celebration or to ring in the new year you are in for a night of whimsicality and wonder. Chef Francis Martinez has curated a four course set menu for $95 per person (plus tax & gratuity). Start with a glass of prosecco on arrival. Our full beverage menu including specialty cocktails, wine and festive bubbles will also be available on the evening ensuring there is something for everyone! Dietaries can be accommodated with prior notice. We will be serving a limited a la carte menu if the prix fixe menu is not what you would like to do. We look forward to hosting you!!

The food was amazing, ambiance was great but very unimpressed by the level of service we got. Out waitress didn’t come for 15-20 mins after we sat down, disappeared again and after another 10 mins we got just our water (mind you it wasn’t very busy either). She was extremely slow to take our order, ask if we needed anything else and nor did she ask if we were celebrating anything. I really wanted to get the dessert to say “happy birthday” but she never once asked and didn’t engage in any small talk other than what we needed. Though the food was great, I wouldn’t recommend the place due To the horrible Service. I usually never tip low but I gave a very low tip since she didn’t deserve it at all.

My favourite spot in YYC. Food is excellent, and Meagan is absolutely fabulous, from recommendations to service she is one of a kind! There is no better place for food, drinks and ambience for date night to special occasions with friends and family! Can’t wait to go again.

A beautiful lunch engagement with a beautiful friend. It felt intimate for "just us" right when we were seated. We had the BEST service. Thank you so much for hosting our lunch!

Julia, our server, was charming and attentive. The food was delicious, decor and overall feel was excellent. Client appreciated the food and ambiance. 10/10 would come again and again.

Have enjoyed going to Fine Print for a while now, and i'm finally getting around to leaving a review. Food, service and hospitality are always the best. My server, Meagan, deserves a specific shout out for her amazing ability to connect with her guests. From her wonderful personality, to her prompt service, and to her always spot-on recommendations, she exemplifies what you should expect from a server at a fine dining restaurant. Fine Print is always top of mind when making recommendations to visitors, to co-workers, or my next happy hour or Friday night dinner.

The appetizers, the wine and our entrees were wonderful. The ambiance was welcoming and we received excellent service. My short rib was a bit cold and maybe a tad scorched (tasted burnt-ish), but the flavors are there. I will certainly go back!

Positive Short rib dinner was excellent Manager advised Gnocchi ordered did not meet preparation expectations and provided replacement entree at no charge Negative Bread served without blended butter as per menu Server poured tap water into glasses of Perrier water Cold breeze at table near door required coat to be worn during dinner
