Fine Company is Chef Roy Ellamar’s new neighborhood restaurant located in Downtown Summerlin. After a successful run as an Executive Chef on the Las Vegas Strip and at Harvest by Roy Ellamar in the Bellagio, Chef Roy is now focusing on the local community, emphasizing bringing people together with great food and company. The restaurant's ambiance, featuring a warm, wood-clad space with colors and textures inspired by the desert landscape, reflects a chic yet casual feel. This ambiance is mirrored in the menus, which showcase Chef Roy's signature and seasonal dishes. Utilizing the freshest and finest ingredients, the cuisine tells the story of Roy’s illustrious career, his upbringing in Hawaii, and his culinary travels. The brunch, lunch and dinner menus are rooted in classics but revisited with quality ingredients and technical execution. Was sad there was no specials but food we had was good. Wish the restaurant was busier as I fear they won’t last.

Everything was great as always, just sad that the chef left but the food was still great and the service. Everythingwe have is always really great. The crispy salmon entrée is the bomb so was the banana split dessert?

Everything was great, especially the entrées! However, I was disappointed with the limited drink selections, as the bar lacked the ingredients for the first two drinks I chose, and I had to settle for my third option. I believe that restaurants should maintain a fully stocked bar to cater to their clientele, ensuring customers can enjoy their preferred beverages without compromise.

Second time coming to this place! We had our server Lance again and he was very nice and gave great recommendations. I got the steak frites and again and it was SO AMAZING. I recommend subbing the fries out for the salad it goes so nicely with the chilmi sauce on the steak. My husband got the burger and loved it. Place is so chill, quiet, and earthy modern vibe. New fave spot!

We've been to Fine Company several times and we've consistently had excellent food and service. The banana bread, steak frites, spicy tomato pasta and lemon pepper chicken are all amazing. We will continue to dine here and highly recommend.
