Fine Company is Chef Roy Ellamar’s new neighborhood restaurant located in Downtown Summerlin. After a successful run as an Executive Chef on the Las Vegas Strip and at Harvest by Roy Ellamar in the Bellagio, Chef Roy is now focusing on the local community, emphasizing bringing people together with great food and company. The restaurant's ambiance, featuring a warm, wood-clad space with colors and textures inspired by the desert landscape, reflects a chic yet casual feel. This ambiance is mirrored in the menus, which showcase Chef Roy's signature and seasonal dishes. Utilizing the freshest and finest ingredients, the cuisine tells the story of Roy’s illustrious career, his upbringing in Hawaii, and his culinary travels. The brunch, lunch and dinner menus are rooted in classics but revisited with quality ingredients and technical execution. The creative seasonal cocktails feature seasonal produce and flavors, while the wine list is thoughtfully curate to be familiar yet interesting.

Our Servier was kind and knowledgeable her recommendations were perfect a bit of savory and a bit of sweet, I loved my coffee (cold brew) and portions were generous enough to split/share this was we all can taste a bit of everyone's dishes.

This was a pleasant surprise! We came a little later (we ended up being the last guests there), and the staff didn't mind at all! Sat out on the patio (recommend when it's not 100), so the ambience might be a bit off. But the food, OMG!!! You HAVE to try the Banana Bread Split! Trust me! All in all, will definitely come back when we're with friends in the area or just shopping in Summerlin!

Celebrated birthday of dear friend. Our 2nd time at Fine and we were not disappointed. Service (same wait staff as before) was excellent, menu small but so tasty. Wonderful touches to favorites. Banana bread wonderful of course but feta appetizer incredible and steak Frits excellent! Hope to return soon. Nice way to treat friends and self to delicious food and great service.

Service was good and attentive. Food was good but not amazing or anything that would make me go “I need to go back for this item” honestly the menu is pretty small and taking no risks of any kind. Very forgettable, I looked over the menu to try and find what would be the signature dish and I couldn’t find anything that wasn’t on any menu anywhere for less. I did go for lunch so maybe the dinner menu is just full of totally different and amazing dishes. But, if a guest tries lunch and doesn’t get excited why try dinner for more money? 90$ for lunch where I keep thinking about it, no problem. 90$ for lunch with no cocktails and pretty forgettable, probably won’t try again.

We love Fine Co so much. It’s one of our new favorite spots. The only critique I would have is when we ask for our waters to be refilled, ( sounds like no big deal, but when you have a medical issue that requires water to swallow food; it’s a big deal) it has NOT been done in a timely manner. Last night we asked twice, and it was not refilled until the end of our meal. We actually skipped dessert because of this. Besides that, the food and value is exceptional.
