The flavor of the three dishes we shared (spring rolls, mussels and the yin & yang sushi roll) was outstanding; spring rolls were crisp and non-oily, paired with a choice of dipping sauces; mussels were hot and the broth was extremely flavorful (we asked for more bread to sop it up); and the sushi was topped with filet mignon — an interesting and inventive choice. The chef came to our table and offered us dessert but unfortunately we had to decline due to having tickets for a show at the Paramount. The bartender and waitress were very nice, cheerful and welcoming without being intrusive. We LOVED the inventive appetizers and the interesting pairing of flavors. Truly outstanding. A little pricey but that’s what it costs for quality ingredients, creativity in the kitchen, a talented staff and a beautiful view of the Hudson at sunset. It was pouring when we arrived but we will definitely be back to enjoy the riverfront dining…and to take the chef up on his generous offer of dessert.

What a great restaurant! The food was amazing and the wait staff was great. We sat outside and enjoyed a beautiful view of the Hudson River. It was a little expensive but well worth it. We will definitely be returning

We split the bok Choy salad and skirt steak entree. Both were outstanding, delicious and flavorful.

The temperature of the restaurant was cold. Wait time for water and food as well as check in if the table was OK with what they needed lacked oversight. Although the food was delightful, not many choices offered

The food was delicious! Everything was so flavorful and unique. My Passionfruit Cosmo was lovely! The views are beautiful. The staff is very friendly and the chef even checks in with each table. A really great place in our area. I highly recommend Fin & Brew!!

Very interesting menu, the four of us ate different things and we all loved everything! The asian food was delicious and different from typical Japanese restaurants. Oysters were fresh, clean and delicious. Definitely going back there when we have Paramount Theatre tickets!

Outstanding food! The most delicious wagyu beef we ever ate! Freshest clams and oysters! Amazing deserts! Highly recommend this hidden gem.
