As usual, the service was phenomenal and the food was perfect. An excellent anniversary dinner in a great atmosphere! Filomena continues to be one of my favorite spots for a special occasion

Sadly it was a subpar experience this time around and we won’t be back for a while. The service was very rushed and the service was also not very friendly. Last server offered us great advice and recommended options, this server could hardly be bothered. The food also felt like it was extremely heavy on sauce and all our meals looked almost the same despite all ordering different things. For the cost of the meal, it did not seem like it was worth it.

I’ve been here before and enjoyed the food and service This time our waiter seemed very annoyed and impatient. He only answered questions asked and did not offer up any additional information. My date and I chalked it up to maybe he was having a bad day, until the table next to us was seated with four white males . His interactions between our table and theirs was night and day. His short visits to our table seemed grumpy. Then his visits to the other table was chattering and full of laughter. our bill was around $130, but he rang our card for $243. When we inquired, he then said it was a mistake, he left our table then returned stating he corrected it and that we should see the $243 canceled and a new charge to our card. I asked him if we can have some extra bread to go. He said yes, and came back with the same one slice of bread that remained on our table, now wrapped in our bag.

Although we’d love to live this experience. We found the restaurant loud and crowded. Tables were so close together that our waiter was practically sitting on the table as he took orders from adjoining tables. The food was so so, heavy, and overpriced. The table space was so small, it was difficult to juggle the many dishes. Again, wanted to love it, but after several visits, it was too stressful to enjoy.

Average American-Italian restaurant (heavy on American). Ambiance is great around Christmas time. Tables are super close together and waiters will repeatedly hit your chair and not even acknowledge, much less apologize for it. Service is sub-par. The waiters have only one goal: to turn your table over. Will not be coming back, as you can get the same fare at Maggiano's for at least half the price. My gnocchi were overcooked and swimming in marinara sauce (they call it bolognese...but it's tomato sauce with some ground beef, not a true bolognese). The arancini were ok, but not far from what you can get at Whole Foods's to go bar. I also want to note that portions, though generous, were by no means enormous or to share. Insanely over-priced and over-hyped.

Beautiful Christmas decorations all over the restaurant. Excellent service. The food is very authentically Italian - tastes like homemade sauces you'd find across Italy!

Great for groups for a special occasion. Don’t go expecting an intimate romantic dinner as the dining room is loud and packed. If you go with that in mind you can expect great food and service.
