Food was delicious!!!! Service wasn’t great (might have been understaffed it was 7pm on a Saturday night) and we were sat a table away from the ambiance of the main dining area which was a bummer but we did enjoy our food!

The food was great but the service was poor. Obviously short staffed, long waits for food and longer waits for water, drinks, etc.

Last night we snuck in a date night and had a leisurely dinner at Fillo Modern Greek in OTR. I was trying to not be on my phone, but I wish I would have snapped pics of our meal. Every plate was beautiful and DELICIOUS! A steak or rich pasta is nice, but if you are looking to experience some amazing and fresh flavors definitely go here. Chef Evan Papanikolaou is taking legit Greek dishes and elevating them with a modern twist. The “Fried Feta” which is wrapped in thin phyllo and served with a hot honey sauce is a prime example. Spanokopita, octopus, dips and shrimp were all winners. And this is no “concept” of a restaurant group, these owners are in the kitchen doing the work. We were so enjoying ourselves that we were one of the last tables, and Chef stopped to see how we enjoyed our meal. My husband is Cypriot, and it turns out so is Chef’s wife Evi! My husband was born and raised in Cyprus, and I spent a few years living there, this is 100% true Greek food and hospitality! Cocktails☑️ Service☑️ Food☑️☑️

The food was exquisite. If you are a fan of high quality Greek food cooked by a chef from Greece, go to Fillo as soon as possible. Great wine and wonderful service as well. Best meal I’ve had in a long time.

Best restaurant in Cincinnati, hands down. Food is outstanding, small but delicious menu (everything on it is 5 stars) and the chef comes to greet the tables after the meal. A comforting place with a familiar feeling, making every time I’ve dined there personal and intimate. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend!!!!

The food was great! We loved everything on the menu. The spread appetizer with pita was delicious. Entrees were all very fresh and tasty as well. The greek salad was a favorite among the group. The service was just ok. They were short staffed and we had a long wait after we were seated.

We absolutely love the family who owns this place and the food is outta this world! Only problem is, it's super noisy, nothing in the floor or ceiling tiles to absorb the noise so when you have folks who are loud and enjoying themselves, it makes it hard to hear your own dinner partners.

It was great experience at Filio. Food was great, ambience was simplistic but authentic but the best part was the service. The staff was great interacting with everyone, making sure everyone is comfortable and then giving some great food/drinks recommendations. Well done
