Very attentive and friendly service. Lamb chops are fantastic, saganaki cheese starter fried perfectly, and baklava melts in your mouth delicious. Noise level okay on a night when only about a quarter of tables full, expect it’s very loud on a busy night.

The food is great and it is authentic Greek gourmet cuisine. The owner is the chef. He puts a lot of love in the kitchen. The food is always wonderful. He flies in fresh fish from Greece, which we love, had it last night and also the lamb chops , grilled octopus, Greek salad and it was just amazing. I love when there’s is love in the kitchen! The owner clearly makes everything from scratch and takes pride. It’s a great place for business dinners , because you could talk. It’s not too loud. It’s wonderful to take people that don’t hear very well and it’s just a great cool atmosphere , classic modern , simple and wonderful. I’ve been six times in the last three months my clients love it and so do my friends and family . One of my new favorite places at home in Cincinnati.

Cincy needs a good - higher end greek restaurant and Fillo fits the bill on many levels. The food is uniquely greek and delicious. I don't know what "good value" is anymore - it's expensive but not crazy. The problem - at least on our visit - was the service. Really NOT good. Qualifier - this was pre-FC game. I just don't think they were prepared AT ALL. And what's really strange - the place wasn't all that crowded.... We told our waitress we were going to the game with a 5:30 resv. (game at 7:30). We ate our food out of a box running to the stadium. She apologized and we ordered a couple of drinks to numb the pain - those could have been comped... We'll give Fillo a try again because the food is great - but if it takes 30-40 minutes for a drink to arrive - cross it off the list.

Overall price was high and service was not great (poor table touch time and struggled with number of servers covering inside and outside tables). The food unfortunately came cold (struggle to time all dishes coming up at the same time or just lack of heat lamps in the kitchen window). For the overall experience the price point was too high.

Authentic Greek food with a very shareable menu. We love the Lamb Chops, Moussaka and the Fried Feta. So convenient to OTR shows and Music Hall!

Food is always incredible! The saganaki is some of the best I’ve had along with the octopus!

Chef & food were great. Server was kind but inefficient. Only brought 1 cocktail menu for 6 people. Drinks orders were not remembered or replenished. He was forgetful, didn’t clear dishes and has poor delivery where he comes across taking better care of the Chef and his plan than what you the patron are ordering- for example he insisted you order app salad and entre all at once but calamari app came out with dinner and it’s what we most wanted - Food is delicious- calamari Whipped ricotta , red snapper, branzino all cooked to perfection as was the lamb chops - the wine was excellent too- please work on training server so the food is what’s most remembered- I will come back !

I've been to fillo a few times. I have always had a great experience with great food and service. In the past, we could order some small plates to start and order a few more as the night went on and either make a meal out of small plates or eventually ordering entrees as well. When we told our waiter we were going to start with drinks and a few small plates, he said we had to put in our food and drink order ALL at once. I understand they probably have a system to get people in and out, but it was just a very different experience than I was used to (that I loved). And when we asked about how much food we should order to be enough for 2 people, we didn't get the best advice on how much to order. I didn't think it was customary to ask for drinks, apps, and entrees to go in all at once so it caught us off guard. Usually at any restaurant you can order drinks and apps then order your entree later on. Luckily everything came out slowly which was nice, but we ended up leaving hungry because we didn't order enough food. Thought about asking if we could order more but ended up walking to another nearby restaurant for dessert. I love the food here, but really missed the European experience of ordering small plates throughout the evening that we have had in the past vs the feeling of being rushed.
