Enjoy our bottle service menu as you celebrate all of your special occasions with your family and friends. Must be over 21 to attend and there is a $30 minimum per person in food purchase required to attend. Reservations require a deposit of $10 per person that will be applied to final bill ONLY. Very loud music was played for a private party that the whole restaurant could hear. It was SUPER loud. In addition, many young toddlers were running around unsupervised and they were screaming their heads off. There were 2-3 parties going on a Sunday afternoon/evening and the people at the parties no had zero care for the other patrons of the restaurant. I was there to take my mom for her 80th birthday (Just 3 of us) and the obnoxiousness that was allowed ruined our dinner. It was totally out of control. This was my fist time there and I was shocked this was allowed.

Our waiter was very nice (Tony). Very attentive and friendly. He seemed to care if we enjoyed the food and if we were satisfied with everything.

We had a reservation and were seated in a booth, as we had asked. The server, Aaron, was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We started with a glass of wine and enjoyed the bread basket. Salads were plentiful; dressings served on the side were tasty. Our veal entrees were cooked as indicated in the menu description; I was able to specify my choice of potato. Service was timely yet not rushed. This is a quiet place for dinner, which we appreciated. The quality and amount of food was of good value. We will return.

I ordered the seafood pasta and it was in a broth that was way too salty. Soup and salad was good. Overall I thought it was average and unfortunately the price was above average. Prices need to be in line with taste and quality of the food and experience.

We always wanted to try out Filippa's as we had passed had by it on several occasions. As a family of 3, we decided to go there for lunch on June 16th 2024 for Father's Day. We were seated right away. The restaurant had a nice ambiance, a few families at the table but not busy. They had a Father's Day menu only with limited meals. Our waiter was a quiet, laid back person who really didn't greet us or say much during the entire meal. We ordered our lunch - chicken, fish and steak. My daughter who loves steak was disappointed when there was no steak sauce/A1 that accompanied her meal. Per our waiter, the cook stated that they didn't serve any steak sauce at the restaurant. Of course, after hearing that my daughter made up her mind to not return to Filippa's again. My chicken dish was good but was heavily salted to a point where I had to have bread with my food. Since it was overly salted, I decided to eat my veggies and potato w/o salt. My wife had fish, which was fine. Our waiter didn't ask for a refill of our drinks and had to be reminded to provide straws for our drinks. The place had a nice ambiance and had simple decorations. There was no music playing in the background and the place was very noisy with kids and a large birthday party. I suppose it's a family restaurant and noise is to be expected. There were plenty of parking spots and people seem friendly. Of course the price of food was high as expected but quality of food did not meet the expectation. There are other restaurants that are comparable with better food for the money around the vicinity.

We had last been to Filippa’s about 7 years ago so the first thing that I noticed that it had been remodeled. They did a great job with it. It was understated but elegant and felt upscale. We were among the first diners in Father’s Day. Maybe that’s not a great day to make judgements but I will say that it wasn’t busy. At first I felt bad for that since the surroundings are quite nice. We were a party of six. Small details were overlooked. If someone orders coffee and doesn’t say “black coffee” and you as the server don’t ask if creamer or sweetener is required, I’m going to assume that you’re just going to bring it as a part of the service. Nope. Those who ordered soft drinks (soda and iced tea) were never offered refills so none were brought. I brought my 89 year old father since it was Father’s Day but his entree was only delivered AFTER all other entrees were delivered and mostly consumed. I felt bad since my father felt as if he had to rush after watching everyone else eat. Those who had ordered the minestrone said it was basically plain, unseasoned broth with barely a spoonful of any sort of vegetable. That was a major fail. Two others had the lobster bisque which was fine. There’s about a teaspoons worth of lobster meat on a large croutons on top. The flavor was good though. I didn’t ask everyone about their entrees but I know that one dish (gnocchi) was left uneaten. My husband and I both ordered the short ribs which was a special (fyi, the Father’s Day menu is abbreviated). One would expect short ribs to be braised and therefore fall-apart tender. The meat was dry and tough and lacked any sauciness. It was terrible as was the accompanying side, mascarpone polenta. The description made both sound great but they were executed poorly. I realized why it had taken us 7 years to come back. The last time, the service and the food were lacking then, too. I’m glad that I gave it another shot but wish that I hadn’t for such a special occasion.

Worst dining experience ever! Came from out of town, looking forward to eating here, but the table of ten next to us allowed several young children to continually run around the table yelling at each other. Management did nothing to stop it. Food may have been good, but none of the five of us were able to enjoy it. Notified the hostess as we were leaving that we would not come back again .
