A wood-flamed mash-up of Modern America with classic influences, guests will relish just how delicious home-away-from-home scratch cooking can be. At Fig & Ash, we provide seasonal sustainable comfort dishes, in a warm rustic setting. Fig & Ash offers a new take on old favorites and new adventures that will become favorites.

We allot one hour and forty-five minutes for each party of two and two hours and fifteen minutes for each party of four. Please keep this in consideration when dining with us to ensure a great experience for everyone. We can accommodate up to a party of five in our Main Dining Room. Please contact us for larger reservations.

We have outdoor patio seating available equipped with commercial overhead heaters. Please contact us for more details.

Everything was delicious! The servers were friendly and attentive, and made it a point to wish my wife a happy birthday without being overbearing. We'll be back!

We had a perfect dinner at fig and our first dinner ever in Pittsburgh. We sat at the table facing the kitchen and had excellent food and excellent service. Thanks to Kevin and the team for a perfect night. We will be back in the future.

This was our first visit was and it didn’t disappoint! We shared 3 small plates before dinner and the crab cake, Moroccan Bread pudding and Bruschetta were all very good. Dinners were excellent with 2 of us enjoying the pork shank and the other couple having the Gemelli and meatloaf dinners. Desert was good as well and not to be missed. The only thing we did not rate 5 star during our visit was the noise level. Worth the trip, we will be back soon!

Enjoyed dinner. Thankfully on outside terrace. Not as inviting as inside the restaurant, but much quieter. Truly hard to hear yourself think inside, which gives a nice energy, but some sound mitigation would be welcomed.

The restaurant is quaint for a place on the north side mostly two top tables pushed together or apart. There was no where to set my purse that did not have straps to hang on chair. The menu is limited but I liked that as I know the food will be freshly made and I’m also an indecisive person when it comes to giving too many choices. The food was very good! The service was just ok. Our server did not know much about the cocktail features on the menu I wanted a cocktail that was not too sweet she recommended a cocktail called “passion of the spice” she said it was popular and assured me it wasn’t sweet but… it was like drinking orange juice very sweet and the size of the glass was incredibly small for $13 my fiancé had ordered a draft beer however she forgot about it and he had to ask her for it. Our food was served to us by a food runner and looked amazing! After he dropped off we realized there weren’t any salt or pepper on the table so we had to wait until we got someone’s attention as our server disappeared. Finally after a few bites of our food we got the attention of another server asking for our server he then apologized and said that he had taken over our table. He brought over a dish of pepper and a dish of salt to our already small table. The restaurant was not over crowded however it seemed to us that were was some confusion happening w some guests and staff since we were seated close to the host stand during our dinner. Our original server never asked us for refills never stopped by after we started eating ( two-bite rule as I was taught and teach) Overall food is very delicious just a little too pricey for the experience.
