Field's Steak and Oyster Bar - Biloxi is already a favorite gulf coast dinning destination highlighting generously seasoned primal cuts seared to perfection in wagyu beef tallow on cast iron skillets. Thursday nights there is a lobster special. All 3 of us really enjoyed it!!!

Field’s never fails. Every meal I have had here has been top notch!! The steak tender a juicy, the pork chop cooked to perfection, the fried Brussels sprouts soft and crunchy, all of it perfect!! But never doubt, you will pay for perfection. But was it worth it, absolutely!!

GREAT server(Jacqelyn AKA Jack) was EXCELLENT!! Food was a very good value and very tasty. Lobster was a little dry, but we may have waited too long to eat it. Steak was well cooked and seasoned correctly. BBQ shrimp was the best, as was the Bourbon Mash!!

This is one of my Top 3 restaurants in Biloxi and its too close a race to pick a favorite. Being so close to the Beau Rivage and Hard Rock casinos it stays busy on weekends and I recommend getting a reservation the day before at noon. Weekdays are much easier for seating and they have great dinner specials worth checking out: Filets on Wednesdays, Lobster on Thursday,.... Their chargrilled Casino oysters (bacon and jalapenos) are my favorite oysters on the coast so always start with that. They have a bourbon smash which is my favorite cocktail on the coast. Their manager and wait staff are constantly checking on you, its a beautifully decorated restaurant.... If its a weekday your dining experience will be something you discuss with your friends tomorrow.

We had a great dinner at Fields. We started with oyster Rockefeller, then had Fields onion soup with crab and ended with a rib eye steak. Everything was delicious. Staff and manager were all very accommodating. We were celebrating our anniversary and they gave us champagne and a nice dessert. Will definately go back!

Very quant, relaxing atmosphere. Over server was ver attentive to our needs and wants . The food was amazing and cooked to perfection. This was a great dining experience for my wife’s 50th birthday. We will definitely be going back.

We had a party of four with a mix of appetizers and different entrees. EVERYTHING was spectacular, including our waitress, Jeri. Our only disappointment was not having room for dessert, which is not necessarily a bad thing (as we are on diets).
