Fiamma is a full service authentic Italian Restaurant featuring the first truly authentic Neapolitan Wood burning pizza oven in Monroe county. With an all natural flame our oven maintains an internal temperature of 1000 degrees cooking the pizza in 45 seconds leaving it with a truly unique taste and texture. The rest of our menu is reflective of traditional southern italian dishes native to the Campania region. With diverse ingredients and seasonal fruits and vegetables we strive to offer only the freshest available seasonal dishes. As the seasons change so will our menu.

The small, quaint dining room was designed to resemble an old fashioned Italian osteria. Rich with wood and other earth elements Fiamma is a warm inviting atmosphere. The Italian countryside was inspiration for both the menu and the dining space. While at Fiamma you will be greeted with a smile, and treated like family.

We consistently love Fiamma. Best Italian in this city. Hands down! Homemade pasta. Quality seafood. Authentic pizza dough. Vegetables. Real garlic. Great service. Always 5 stars!

We went here on a romantic date and had a wonderful time. The service was fantastic, as were the cocktails and the food. It is a cute little Italian place in a quiet neighborhood. We'll be back.

Soup was super salty - couldn’t eat it. Broccoli rabe was so bitter, also not edible. I think their pizza is best. Other food is not great.

This was exactly what we were looking for! Fiamma Centro is the closest to authentic Italian pizza as you can get. We recently returned from Naples, Italy and really missed the pizza we fell in love with. Let me say this was exactly what we were hoping for. Great food, service was incredible and it far surpassed expectations.

Just the best Italian Restaurant anywhere. Super good service in a nice historic building. Don't know why they don't have a a Michelin Star.

Upon our arrival, the owner was extremely rude to us, forcing six of us (with children and toddlers) to wait by the door until two other people in our party arrived. We had highchairs, and diaper bags, and gift bags, and there was no real place to stand because we were blocking the door as the restaurant does not have a foyer area. I asked if we could be seated because we had children and toddlers with us plus lots of bags and the owner very rudely said we had to wait for our entire party to arrive and it wasn't his fault we showed up at 6:30 for a 6 pm reservation. The time was 6:03 pm - I know this because I pulled out my phone and showed him. It was such a silly rule, but if he had been more kind, we would have waited happily, but he was so incredibly rude for no reason. The rest of our party arrived (everyone was there by 6:07 pm) and the owner complained to us about late arrivals and how it messes everything up. I understand this, I really do as I worked in food service (which is why I arrived early), but it is hardly appropriate to tell paying guests. Our server, Sabrina, was absolutely lovely. She was so kind and friendly and understood the importance of customer service. She was patient, gracious, and constantly asking us if we needed anything. The food was also great. The restaurant itself however was pretty dirty - there was so much dust in the bathroom and spiderwebs all along every wall. The tables and floor were so sticky. The bottles of water were slippery with oil. None of us will be returning.

Pretty disappointed overall, service was fine but the food was not good and especially for the price. I will not be going back. The calamari was bad, we couldn’t even eat half of it. The pasta was WAY too thick (approximately 1/4 cm thick). I like pasta cooked al dente, which is what this was supposed to be. But the pasta they served me was literally crunchy uncooked. I couldn’t eat much of it at all. My partner ordered a pizza and he said it was fine. But yeah, the best tasting thing we had there was the moscato wine which they don’t make and we can get anywhere.
