Fia Steak is a love letter to the classic steak house, and new sister restaurant to Fia. The intimate 48-seat restaurant offers three distinct experiences with the energetic Grill, elegant Dining Room & intimate outdoor Patio. The heart of the restaurant is the Grill, where guests can catch the theatrics of live cooking on a wood-burning fire. The Michelin-recognized Chef Brendan Collins offers a menu of steakhouse classics, featuring the finest cuts of U.S. beef, as well as handmade pastas & fresh fish from across the globe; Japanese A5 Wagyu & USA Prime beef, "Bubbles & Bumps", featuring great champagnes, paired with "bumps" of the finest caviar, to make every night a celebration. Expect tableside Steak carving of our large format steaks, which complement the stellar service provided by the all-star hospitality team. Great restaurant, overall. Fantastic food and great service. Disappointed with wine policy (can't bring your own), particularly when the Somme seemed somewhat disinterested. Great wine list, nonetheless. Only negative is it's fairly pricey - but worth it.

Our waiter was so delightful and charming. He really made the experience top level. I did not get his name but his birthday is 6/24. Year unknown he’s such a gem though, he’s timeless. Anyway the food was impeccable. Drinks were crisp and cool. Lovely presentation and thoughtful details. The oysters had a bit too much of the ice slushy but great flavor. Dinner rolls were completely consumed in less than a drink. Tuna cigar was light and flaky. Fish was seasoned well and tasted fresh. Wellington was the special and was fabulous. Light crust, rich gravy, meat cooked perfect medium rare. Chocolate soufflé was 100% the way to go for dessert. A magical dessert bite.

Looking for a steak house with attention to detail on every food item from apps to main course, come to Fia Steak! Every item we tried was amazing! Perfectly cooked, flavor off the charts.... little pricey but over all did not feel bad for paying the high price.... wonderful experince

The service and atmosphere are wonderful and I would easily go back for a cocktail at the bar. But I was expecting a bit more for the price ($600 for 3 people and we didn’t order a lot).

Absolutely fantastic meal. We had the beef tartare, caviar and champagne, fillet, and truffle mashed potatoes. Also, their in-house bread was next level!

We were seated in a LOVELY room that we had not dined in before - great atmosphere - room to be comfortable / gorgeous photos on the wall... The food was spectacular as were the cocktails.
